No highway patrolling here ... Here in Goa i have never seen any highway patrol roaming on the highway.. plus it's close to Peddem junction and no Traffic police noticed it ? .. plus all heavy vehicles specially should have emergency barriers kept inside incase of like these emergency
When I was passing through another way bus driver and conductor seat inside the bus watching mobile.... And both are saying diverting all traffic safe side ...why they are giving false statements....😮
Highway authority should have heavy towing lift crane whenever this incidence on main highway road....free of cost....it's an emergency service including green tax road tax ....
