Arnold's Steroid Cycle Revealed by former Coach

Arnold's first idol and first ever trainer Kurt Marnul revealed his first ever cycle from 1962 in an interview.
They were friends till the end. There is no reason for him to lie as he revealed this at the age of 88. Mind that knowledge and legality were much different than now.

Not sure if you’ll see this. I finished the last video on what causes bodybuilders to die. I think you nailed it by the way. Illicit drugs is a huge issue. Guys just not teaching their body. Bloodwork, blood sugar, blood pressure, etc.
