When you’re beautiful inside it manifests outside , Princess Catherine is the epitome of how a Princess is even though you’re not born one . You don’t have to be a true blood royal to embody what it is to be one , The Late Queen is the best example which princess Catherine also embodies . They both serve with humility , truthfulness , integrity , proper decorum , unselfish love to serve and best of all respect for both their father and mother and towards seniors and elders . Princess Catherine complements Prince William and so are their respectful kids . May they be protected always and be safe and healthy at dll times from all evil people who mean harm .

Funny how you happe to know her so intimately. How do you know she is beautiful inside? Do you know her personally? Or are you just going by media pictures and the royal protocol rules of "smile" she has to plaster on her face? You don't know a fkng thing about her. Nothing. She can be a stark raving btch away from the cameras, but you just assume because you believe what the gossip mags say, believe what you want to believe, and because you need to push the "Catherine is perfect" hype because you hate Meghan. She is far from perfect. She is human.

The heel of the shoe must sit under the heel of the foot at the place which allows good balance. This will differ per person. It doesn’t matter how tall the heel or the person - it’s about balance. Like taking a rod of some kind and finding the place where it will balance on one finger, only a shoe will add stability in the ball of the foot. If you’re walking on your toes, check the balance - can you rest on your heels (toes on the floor)? Check the fit of the shoe. Does your foot slide forward? How is your posture no matter what shoe you wear? To balance properly you must stand up straight, shoulders back and down, tummy in, relax, breath. Lastly, a small platform in the toe-box also makes a shoe more comfortable.

There's a price point at which the cost of shoes just becomes excessive and ludicrous. I think paying more than $200-$300 for excellent, handmade shoes is excessive and wasteful, just show-offy. By the way, one of the best brands I ever wore was Cole Hann. Buttery soft leather, fit like a glove, and had soles sewn to the shoes, not glued on. Many of the shoes sold at Nordstrom are excellent shoes, at $300 or less. Nordstrom started out exclusively as a shoe store that carried sizes 3 - 13. They became so successful with shoes that they branched out to all the other things they sell today. But they stayed true to their original passion, which was excellent shoes. I wear a size 4 - 4.5 in Women's so I really appreciate Nordstrom.

As another tall, slim, graceful person who enjoys stilettos and wears them often, there are a few things that help. It’s important to be thin: (sorry) because it puts a lot less pressure on your feet. Also, it is much more comfortable to wear heels all day long if you shift most of your weight to the ball of your foot…almost as if you were standing on your toes. Shifting the weight to the front of the foot puts less stress on the ball of your foot (counterintuitively) and on your heel and on your arch. Of course, make sure your shoes don’t pinch. A hack I use to keep my shoes from slipping: a spray some hairspray in side the shoes. If the shoes are a bit tight anywhere, I spray on liquid bandage or use Vaseline to ease any tight spots

Another secret is to find shoes that have a flatter heel, not sloping..this allows your body to rest weight on your heels where it normally does and not on the small bones towards the toes which wear down and are the cause of the vast majority of surgeries for women that wear heels for years... Models I used to work with also did their housework while standing on their toes, to strengthen their legs and feet....Vacuum, mop, dust, do the dishes...on tippy toes...

@Kevin JEWELL - I appreciate your advice but ask for clarification please. By a flatter heel, are you referring to the seat of a shoe's inner sole which the heel of the foot rests upon? Or are you referring to the pitch of the shoe's exterior heel breast? I struggle with walking in high heels too and no insight detail is too small. Thank you

Agreed. But I also think that having a car and a seat at the ready also helps. It's one thing to wear heels for an extended period time and know you'll be ushered in and chauffered to a seat after the required photo op: quite another when your car is parked two miles away,; you've been on your feet for two hours and you know full well that you can't summon a chauffer to come get you and take you to your car.

Her main advantage is she has a long foot. Short feet struggle more in high heels as the angle the foot is in is steeper. Main reason. To be honest she would do better to show you do not need to wear high heels to look stylish. It would send a great message to younger women

I just switched on RUclips now and saw this. It is really nice to see something to cheer about after the loss of Her Majesty. We now call this woman Princess Catherine and, if it can be said of anyone, she exemplifies the title and NOT the other way round. She has an inner quality that reminds me very much of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Despite the traumas and travails of his childhood, he always carried himself in a manner that defined a quality (and not just a status or title) that is Royal. I have had the great fortune to have seen and learned from some of the highest, most judicious minds in UK law. That is another quality that we must always keep in our minds as we go through life: judiciousness. I was not at all pleased when the House of Lords was renamed the Supreme Court because I do not think a change in title or name made it more or less democratic or representative of social equality. In that House, many thousands of everyday people such as all of us were treated and viewed with such judiciousness from the outset, which, by itself, demonstrated what equality really means in our lives and communities. I am raising all this really as my own little celebration of Britain. On the edge of my vision I can see all the clanging and noise of RUclips gossip and bloodletting. and request that we all remember today to do our utmost to model composure, judiciousness, accountability and goodwill. Best wishes to Princess Catherine! God be with the Queen.
