Just to clarify, is the watch shops that are the weirdos. Is less than 10 yrs ago where the watch shops starting to take over this mall. Before then, this mall is known for toys and air rifles for a long time (at least as long as I remember). Back in the day not many people walk around this side of MK as that's where all the funeral shops are as is right opposite the hospital. My parents actually lives upstairs from this mall for the last 13 yrs. I still remember it was my dad's friend who opened one of the first watch shop there, the one you walked passed London watches which is now on a different location in the mall due to rent increase.

What is a 116900 or 126900 Air King going for in HK? I think I saw a 116900 for $53000 25:11 which seems a lot less than what people are asking here in US.

Same as anywhere else. The older the watch the higher the chances to require service. But when it comes to counterfeits, dealers here have the knowledge and you can have any watch checked down to the last screw. New stuff is same same. A lot of stock transits from ADs in Germany for example, selling to their VIPs who sell to intermediaries here and they end up in the dealer windows. I just report. I don't suggest anyone should enable those practices. I have never had any issue other than mechanical breaks which is so common on used watches. That's the main thing you have to account for when buying used.
It's the iPhone mic. Sadly you can't record through the AirPods so I gotta used the cord ones. I try to hold it so it doesn't knock on anything but still this noise keep coming through. I do like how they isolate the outside noise quite well though
I like your channel a lot. However, there is something wrong about the buying experience if you purchased a watch from one of these stores. It’s just not the luxury experience associated with buying a fine timepiece.
It’s astonishing how much inventory they have. I used to be a collector, but I liquidated my collection to venture into real estate. In January, I acquired homes in Malibu for $34 million, and the returns on investment far exceed what I earned as a collector.
How did you grow your portfolio to $34m, I'm impressed, I have a lump sum sitting in the bank, but the interest rates aren't impressive, so I'm considering moving it elsewhere, whats your cash flow like?
