No one outruns the lurker.

I always prefer the piano version of your works. I still love the others, but the piano has, at least for me, an irresistible appeal.
The piano is more than an instrument. The piano is an emotion...
I completely agree. You can express so much with a piano that you couldn't with other instruments. But I imagine it's that way with most instruments. The piano in my mind though is undeniably unique.
I think if it is an orchestra is like different people arguing with each other. On the other hand piano playing alone is like listening monologue in the play
why aren't you being hired for movies already?!?! Your pieces are always so cinamatic and multi dimensional, they evoke complex emotions in the listener's mind!

An ordinary night goes on as I sit on my desk in the dim light of my room
Nothing special to notice
Outside everything is silent
The clock says 2:26AM
Everyone is sound asleep

A light breeze rattles the leaves of the trees outside my window
And then again

As the time passes, I sense another presence near me
Something different
Something extraordinary
S o m e t h i n g
Chills flow down my spine as I get the feeling that I'm not alone in my room
As if another person is watching me from over my shoulder
Someone is there
S o m e o n e
I notice in the corner of my eye a shadow
Hiding in the darkness of my room
As if I'm its prey
Suddenly I feel a pressure around my neck
Like something is actually trying to suffocate me
As if it wants to consume me
Abruptly though it all ends with another breeze from outside
It seemed as if the wind had brought me a visitor
And now it took him away...
But I feel like he will return...
He is not done with me...
He is *The* *Lurker*

he sat in his mansion, in his leather chair, drinking a glass of hot tea, staring out the window. like always.
he was watching. he was always watching.
he wasn’t an ordinary human. he wasn’t even human. no one knew what he was and he wasn’t quite sure himself. but sometimes he wondered if he was the devil.
he wondered if he was the devil after witnessing women die horrible deaths and then realizing after that it was his doings.
at first he was horrified, but now he had accepted it. and he kind of enjoyed it.
his view scanned the streets of cities all over the world, trying to find the next pretty girl he could destroy.
at one point, he wondered if he was capable of love. his eyes landed on a delicate looking girl with fire in her eyes and felt something strange in his stomach; butterflies, the humans called it.
he approached the girl, introducing himself. she knew he was dangerous from the beginning and it excited her in a way.
he promised himself not to hurt her. she was the one thing that brought him joy. around her he felt. he felt things he never even could comprehend before.
but as time passed the joy slowly grew faint and in a moment of rage at himself for not being able to keep his love happy, he killed her.
after he did so, he felt content. he quieted the voice in his mind telling him he was a monster.
maybe it was because by killing someone he cherished so much he finally accepted that he was a monster.
so now here he sits in his mansion, in his leather chair, drinking a glass of hot tea, staring out the window. like always.

Imagine this in a Dark Souls game, or even Bloodborne
Definitely has more of a Bloodborne feel. In regards to that, I could imagine this in a hunter vs hunter fight where the Good Hunter realizes they've been being followed for half the game, only to find that their pursuer is slow, gradual, and hard to keep track of when fighting, as if they're toying with the player.

There they are again! That Lurker! Look how they stare with tired eyes, and then quickly turn away and stare again. They don't think that you see but you do!

Look how they sit there, face down, not speaking much, and always in the corner, here but not really present, they watch like a stalker! What do they want from you? Every time your talking with people, every time you laugh with them, they stare with that blank, dull, tired face.
Well...
You never once thought, did you?
You only ever talked to them to say, "The heck are you looking at?"
And you never saw beyond the dull shell, and you never heard the voice stuck inside the throat!
You never noticed, that maybe that Lurker, that lone wolf looking for a pack, is a human too, like you!
Of course, you didn't! Now, they hate you, more than you hate them, and that coldness you and so many others made them lurk in, will make its way back to you...
I also wrote a different poem for the other version, since they both create different emotions for me and inspire different poems.
