What if u bring number 1 and timing mark doesn't line up and the rotor button pointing at number 3

So if I'm able to put my finger in the hole and can feel pressure or air coming out I'm coming upon compression stroke. I know this along time ago but forgot it some how. Just trying to get my mind to Wrap around this Again. Age, had to make room for other nonsense. Ugh.
