I am a full-time single mother of 2 (5&1 the most busy stage of children). I'm with my children 24/7. It only irritates others. My parents love for me to visit, because I literally clean the whole house before I warm up microwavable food. As a chemical engineer,it's not surprising hearing such an audit result.The question most people didn't know is, kaduna refinery has not been refining crude all these years.
Capital expenditure of the refinery is huge every year and it's mostly diverted by the corrupt ,as such the plant won't work to the level of processing crude.
What the lady talked about is recurrent expenditure and Nigerians brought Atiku down for saying he will privatize these refineries to reduce these costs.
Note-:
A petroleum refinery is a processing plant that converts crude oil into a mix of different finished petroleum products.
The profitability of a refinery comes from the difference in value between the crude oil that it processes and the petroleum products that it produces. Most of a refiner's margin comes from the higher-value "light products" (i.e., gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel) that it makes.
So the lady should hit the nail on why the refinery isn't working,for how can I make money without working
