Best AT rifle in my opinion is the wz.35 Ur the Polish competitor amongst the kind. It was a scaled up mauser rifle, 4 rounds capacity, turned down barrel with a muzzle break. It fired a special cartridge that had a massive powder load and a bullet of normal size, making the bullet travel with a lot of speed. The projectile was made of soft lead, it wouldn't penetrate the tank, but upon hitting the wall it would squash, transferring all that energy into the wall causing spalling, the shrapnel would turn the crew of panzers into minced meat. It was super effective, often used by cavalry units which would dismount in a favourable position and destroy the enemy with AT and machine gun fire. Later Germans took a hold of these but didn't
Out of all the anti-tank rifles, the British Boys anti-tank rifle performed the worst, with only a penetration of up to 23mm. of RHA @ 0 degrees @ 100 yards. The shorter barrelled Boys Mk.II could only penetrate up to 18mm. of RHA @ 0 degrees @ 100 yards, but was intended for use as an anti-materiel rifle and for counter sniping. I met a veteran, back in the 1980's, who used a Boys Mk.II for counter sniper work, in Italy, in 1943-1944. He told me how he worked out where a German sniper was standing, behind a house wall, and shot him through the brick wall. In another assignment, to deal with a German machine gun nest in a stone building, he aimed the Boys Mk.II so that the bullet hit the interior side wall of the room and it ricocheted around the room for nearly a minute. A the machine gun crew were killed. The veteran said that the room was a bloody mess.
The army of Finland had the Lahti rifle not the Solothurn.

The PTRD survives on the battlefield because the simplicity helps reduce maintenance and reduce the cost of repair.
2:40 the AT round fired at a toy model tank is crazy

The Japanese had an AT rifle that weighed 69 kg, not 14 like this thing here, and fired on AUTO !!!
I like your choice in background music. What's the song at 6:50?
If I remember correctly Greggory Peck used one in the movie Days of Glory 1944.
Some years ago i did see a video of a russian Spetsnaz in the syrian desert with a 14.5 PTRD rifle🇷🇺
If anti tank rifles were effective, militaries would’ve used them extensively after the war instead of in niche roles.
Effective at the time they were made just got obsolete really quickly
Lot of powder
