Not all fur is drummed mainly long hair fur like coyotes, and marten, lynx or fisher. Anytime you can improve the quality of the product it helps. Something that has blood on it really benefits from drumming.

Jim i have been drumming fur in a dryer for many years but , never added any laundry soap to it , thanks for the tip

did you use heat if so how much?
no heat it been disconnected

What type of sawdust for coyotes? Fine hardwood sawdust?
I would use the courser type for coyotes, fine stuff would be for fox or marten
