Berserk 2017 But It's the BEST Parts

- April 1st has come a couple months too early. Needless to say, some amazing parts out of the Berserk manga have been adapted in 2017's second season, and I was impressed by some of the scenes (amongst the abhorrent CGI)

EPIC Rick Roll!
2:27 Must protect Schierke
If they did THIS along with sticking to the actual fucking story then we wouldn't have to think of this nightmare anymore, shit is worse than anything from Qliphoth it's so bad!
Didnt it stick with the story? Like at least after the eclipse
@@pezequilibradohace5anos538 I'm guessing you haven't read the manga.
@@The-Black-Death no, but i think that you’re talking about the black swordsman arc?
@@pezequilibradohace5anos538 I'm talking about more than that, I'm also talking about the lack of the Lost Children Arc, and we don't even get the full Black Swordman arc either anyway, nor do we get anything regarding the moonlight boy.
Such a goddamn shame that they didn’t just roll with 2D animation or at least a proper combo of 2D and 3D. Even more embarrassing that they butchered the entire story.
The only way for a Berserk adaption, excluding the 1997 anime, to work is if it tells the complete story of Berserk from the manga, the animation is spot on, and have no compromises or cancellations inbetween. In a world where Jojo’s and Attack on Titan are getting faithful adaptions of their manga counterparts and series like Invincible and Castlevania are popular as fuck, I see absolutely no reason as to why a proper adaption of Berserk can’t work in today’s anime market if done well.
The problem is getting it off the ground, funding, and finding the right studio for the task. But it can be done.
Berserk deserved and still deserves better.
R.I.P Kentaro Miura.
yeah they definitively could do a proper 2D/3D combo, the 2013 golden age movies isnt so bad, but they look like are unfinished cgi, besides have a lot of missing parts from manga
@@tylerdurden9697 Agreed. The only film in the Trilogy I’d say looks genuinely really good consistently is the 3rd movie. But that’s what I’d imagine a Berserk anime would look like, albeit a slightly toned down quality to fit a episodic format where we cover Berserk in it’s entirety.
@@NutsorSomethingBerserkTbf, the memorial edition fixed most of the issues I had with the first two movies as well. If it was animated like that it'd be great.
@@Tabulatelk15 Yeah, I agree. The memorial edition isn’t perfect and has some flaws that even the original movies didn’t have like huge chunks of episodes just being spoilers for later parts or just a waste of time for those who know what’s coming but the bonfire of dreams and wounds were executed extremely well and the little new additions and upgrades make those golden age movies have much better pacing and flow much more naturally. Aside from the cut content from the movies, the pacing was always my biggest issue with them and the memorial edition did help with that.
Now he looks like Guts from the manga.
Did anyone notice that the best parts are in fact f*cking drawings and not that 3d style?
1:51 2:02 Casca looks so beautiful here though 😍
It was too badly animated to be called an anime. Misleading, Uncomfortable to be looked at, and far too disappointing
Indeed, it was like a heap of raw Mistake
No Schnoz ⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️
Check out the Evolution of Berserk video I made, if you wanna see Schnoz
As they did the memorial edition anime to the movie trilogy, imagine if they did a memorial edition of this, where they animated all the horrible CGI scenes in this beautiful 2D animation style, it would be just perfect. If only...
If there is ever to be an anime adaption, who the fuck would even make it, my friend said Mappa but they'd probably get death threats
Berserk fans ain't like that, my friend. Even if Mappa only does an okay job with an adaptation we'll be happy. Though the Twittards would definitely have a problem with it no matter what happens.
Can we just get a full good berserk anime
Man u managed to make this garbage looks good
I thought it was just going to be the Opening
I love how there wasn't one seen with cg in this complation
Ngl, even if we somehow get lucky enough to see a good faithful fully 2d and amazing anime adaptation, ill always feel bad for Miura, the last adaptation attempt at his masterpiece was the worst butchering of any manga ever, let alone one of the most popular and influential ones
Lmao, rick roll.
it's sad i cant tell off that's real or not
Man this show had alot of potential to be good
Yet turned out to be a garbage heap of disappointment
I can't be angry for the animation, it's a failure, sure, but they tried., you have voice actor and Suzumu Hizawa's ost. And you need to read the manga .
It's sad because it's not like a full CG anime would even look that bad. Look at Trigun: Stampede. They just had such an awful production here.
*THERE ARENT ANY*
berserk will never get a good anime (and passes golden age)
