Thank you for the update. 😊 I recently found my way back to your channel and I’m so glad I did. I appreciate your work and the way your share it with the world.
Really enjoyed seeing a complete breakdown of your business model, Rabbit! Not to mimic or anything, I'm not a seller, but just learning it all because it's interesting
Local auction: does your local auction house allow you to Lot Up 2, 3 or 4 related items, like the small appliances together? Mine does. That way you can get bidders who want different parts of the aggregate Lot, bidding each other up. One guy wants the blender, but has to bid for the group against the waffle maker guy! It’s a good strategy for low price point items and at the auction I use, saves me some on the minimum per lot fee I am charged.
33:04 $10 First day of local sale starts Thursday July 7th. Green Bay (Ashwaubenon), WI. Next day typically $7. Then $6,$5 -break- $3,$2,$1,$1, bag day
Tim might be right on not bothering with that massager. I see RUclipsrs picking up those all the time at yard sales for a few bucks. They either don't work well or people get bored with them very easily. You'll get the $10 at the warehouse sale for folks who want to give it a try. Then it'll end up in their yard sale. 😂
I highly recommend running the numbers on buying insurance vs putting the money aside and covering the occasional issue yourself. We've lost maybe five shipments out of ten thousand or so, insurance is a massive money maker, we've saved thousands self insuring.
Cooler unit, you’d be better off sending the slightly fin damaged cooling unit to the local auction you use, with the next group of auction lots. Such items would likely just get more messed up in the chaos of your warehouse sale.
@@ResaleRabbit It wasn't something I ever got into either, even when we was clearing entire estates and Storage Units. We'd keep the cowboy boots and hats, sports clothing, leather jackets, snow gear, hunting gear, etc, but donate 90% of the clothes simply because we didn't want to clean or list them. There were too many other, more interesting items. So unless they were very special or New With Tags, we'd bag them and drop them of quickly...
I looked through the entire Ebay listing & NO trail camera ! Video says not sold yet. Did you sell it ? I was interested as using it as a kitty cam to film the cats and other animals on my balcony who come to eat. Let me know please.
Here you go. Thanks for the support! www.ebay.com/itm/295026538771?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=thGO3cRZQ8C&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=thGO3cRZQ8C&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Do you include your overhead costs and salaries in these calculations? The time to run to USPS, gas, electricity, print out labels, and the list goes on and on.. that's all hidden costs. Razor thin profits eh?
Enough to pay several employees salaries, overhead on a 16,000 square foot warehouse, and a salary for myself which allowed me to buy a house last year. Also, usps comes to us every day, we don’t bring things to them
Even IF he had razor thin profits (which he doesn't), he can rinse/repeat the same outcome over and over and over (which is typically the large volume sales trend) and still come out way on top. So either way, Rabbits doing just fine lol
Not really since he has the warehouse sales for the clean-up. =Things that don't sell on eBay will be sold locally at the warehouse sale coming up next week. You also have the pallet (wholesale) sales to other retail. -A few streams of income here.
When it comes to clothes/shoes/ girlstuff, ask Mrs Rabbit (aka the Girlfriend); she probably Knows Stuff. For vintage items you need an Old Fart like me, or Old Fartess to be more accurate. We creaky antiques can be useful.
Took me like an hour to go through it, and it would have been quicker if I wasn’t filming. Also, every job has income taxes, doesn’t matter if you’re doing this or working at Walmart.
@@ResaleRabbit your employee costs, rent, listing, testing, photos, packing, labelling, posting organising to buy it unpacking itemising, storing. Huge amount of work, you are VERY underestimating your own work, I know its fun, I'd find it fun, but still only $1600
Well it’s paying their salaries, the overhead of a 16k square foot building, and my own salary, so I must be doing something right. (Plus this was one pallet. I brought in 5 truck loads (approx 115 pallets) this past month).
But Rabbit, you didn't factor in inflation.... and global warming.... and uh... lasers (because why not). So really you lost a lot of money on this one little pallet that came on a big truck with a ton of other stuff. :)
I don't think he made a video announcing it, out of respect to his ex. He announced it in the Q&A video where he mentioned having a new girlfriend, but they had been broken up for awhile
That Octane shaver sold less than 12 hours later for $275
Wow
Fyi i did email u about something you didnt know what it was from the Milwaukee pallet

Thanks Rabbit! Love these informative videos.
John, you worry too much about editing your video's I just love the videos, your busy and "The struggle is real"
Enjoyed this video style, with the detailed break down and details!!!!
Danner is generally high end. Their boots are quite popular. Excellent video!

i get self conscious when I wear the same shirt I'm wearing in my work badge when I'm at work. It happens.

Do the ole "Hand Clap" to signify a possible "cutting point" in your video. You can then easily see the spikes in the Audio, where to cut :-)
I won't get out of bed if I'm not making 72,380% returns. I'd rather work at the gas station! 🤣😂
Thank you for the Video - If you feel up to it, do the tool pallet. Was really excited to see what the total profit would be, lots of good items.
Good stuff! If I could only get my husband to drive to Green Bay.
Thank you for the update
Just paid for the Hyde & Eek item. Thanks. Will buy more next month if available.

We only buy insurance on higher dollar items. Usually $400+ (unless it’s particularly fragile)
That’s great you were able to ,make a good profit off the Amazon pallets. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Love the videos mate, you do great videos everytime,

When I opt for such items on eBay, I use the Parts and Repair condition code...
I have never heard of that brand - I don't like reselling clothes or shoes much either
Once Resale Rabbit hits 200,000 subscribers he'll celebrate by eating a Hawaiian 🍕
Glad you have been posting more, we really like your videos
When you say a "local auction" what exactly do you mean? Do you give the items to an auction house or do you hold them yourself?
You did good!!!!
“I never sell clothing” - that statement really made me laugh, since you’ve bought out how many retail stores that were primarily clothing stores! LOL
Lol fair point. I never thrifted clothing though, so I don’t know brands

Nice, LOL same shirt.
Well I'd be happy with 1 thing with knob.
So I am guessing you would love a few more pallets like that.
Is that WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER? 😂 At least it looks very simular.
Oh, it actually sure is. There's so much beter alternatives out there, if you find the time to fiddle a bit with one of the newer alternatives 😊😉.
I’ve tried several others, but I just prefer WMM

Let’s just state the obvious mr John.. the rug rats shirt the other day and now the dog shirt? Rabbits shirt game is point yall…
Agreed!
I like the dog shirt you have one. Can you please tell me where you got? Thanks!
Goodwill. Not sure who originally sold it though

Could I buy the liquid cooler mSI item from you??
