This Nasal Bascinet was made from 2.5mm titanium.
Helmet is buhurt optimized and has hidden face protection which is also made from titanium. The bretèche (nasal visor) is attached to the skull of the Bascinet with two rivets that imitate a hinge connection and ends at chin level. Total weight is 4.5 kg

Is this kind of helmet historically accurate ? I mean i have never seen a historical example from a nasal helmet with the chainmail going up to the eyes.
