The judge literally instructed the jury that they could “infer guilt” in the underlying crime without ever having to say what that crime was. These instructions were verbal and written instructions were never made available to the jury.
Why even bother bringing any documents at all... Just walk in and hold up a pancake or something, and say that's the case. Would be about as meaningful.
