Sultana Hürrem walks towards the power.
Will Nigar confess to Sultana Hatice that she has an affair with İbrahim? What lesson will Sultan Suleiman teach to Prince Mustafa as he is sending him to the sanjak? The Magnificent Century is on Star tonight with it's season finale which many questions will be answered.
Sultana Hatice catches Nigar as she is about to escape. Hatice asks her what happened between İbrahim and her. Nigar denies her affair with İbrahim. She tells her that the baby she carries is Nasuh Efendi's. Hatice can't decide what to believe. She decides to face with Hürrem.
Sultan Suleiman teaches a heavy lesson to Prince Mustafa who prepares going to sanjak. Prince Mustafa is sent off with a glorious farewell.
İbrahim reaches to The Master after a violent conflict. However, he sees someone he has never expected in front him.
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

A lot of people have said they feel bad for Hatice but I'm thinking everytime the Sultan slept with another woman and Hurrem was heartbroken, Hatice told her to get over it and that she has to get used to it.
That was sultan who slept with his concubines. Ibrahim is cheating with a free woman . This makes what he is doing ,simply cheating on Hatice Sultan

Different rules applied to Hatice vs Hurrem. Hurrem wasn’t born of Royal blood or from Ottoman Nobility . It was expected that she share him with others . Ibrahim was married into Royalty cheating with Nigar Hatun ( a slave who rose into freedom & ranks). If he had a noble woman as mistress or 2nd wife I think Hatice & Suleiman won’t have been so triggered . It was a different time .

It's not Hurrem it's Ibrahim who put his nose everywhere especially on Hurrem!
Hurrem was declared here Haseki Hurrem Sultan, and she said "ruling the harem is nothing, i will rule the world." In real life, she ruled the world as partner of Sulaiman in state affairs both local and international. She was Sulaiman's state political adviser, the first Haseki, the first Sultana who can connect, communicate, and talk about politics with the King of Poland, just by sending letters. And everytime Sulaiman was on a campaign, she wouod sent letters to the Sultan to inform him of whats going on in the palace and Istanbul. Thats why Sulaiman loved her so much till hhis death because she was not only a concubine, a wife or Haseki but his life partner who show him unconditioned love and support both personal, family and state affairs. Her intelligence, smartness, great strategist was beyond all women in the harem including his sisters, who only know how to set traps and dirty games. Hatice slapped her, lets see the revenge.

I just love the way they showed Ibrahim going down & Hurrem Raising & Hurrem's " I'm Alexandra La Rossa" is more Powerful than "I'm Ibrahim"
Its interesting that Hurram doesn't actually cause the problems of Mahidevran and Ibrahim...they get caught in their own webs, if Mahidevran hadnt been so stupid and had been fair and reasonable, and Ibrahim hadnt hone to bed for 4 years with another woman, there would have been nothing for Hurram to take advantage of. Yet they blame her for their disgrace. The way they treated her, it was a fair, and intelligent exchange. Excellent result.

In order for evil people to prosper, good ones have to keep quiet. This makes Gulfem the most evil woman in the harem for 43 years. All evil, wickedness attempted murder against Hurrem and by default against Suleiman and the dynasty was planned with her knowledge. She never defended Hurrem or inform Suleiman.
Mahidevran would be a strong valide sultan, she had a strong character but was not smart enough to defeat hurrem. Hurrem was a stronger sultana.
I reallu enjoying Meryem as Hurrem. I think she deserved to be the most expensive actress in the world

Also a bit sad that sultan heard only the last part of speech about being the sultan while talking to his brothers and not the part where he says he would rather die as a prince. Finally, all the drama and cruelty leads to the expected conclusions. The writers, the music, the costumes... Just a remarkable story! But, someone who actually SPEAKS English, should be proof-reading and editing the translations. Being addicted to the story, shouldn't mean having to "repeat" the episodes and drama all the time, while trying to 'guess' at the meaning of the conversations.

the Haseki sultan was the second most powerful status right after Valide sultan, and it was given to Hurrem right after the marriage.

What she did was to fight back to survive and protect the sultan and her children, if not, and if Mustafa win the throne with Ibrahim and all other enemies Hurrem and her children are dead by now as promised by Mahidevran and what she influenced Mustafa, remeember the dynasty law fratricide-killing brothers who showed as threat to the throne. But Mahidevran want Hurrem and her children killed once Mustafa will be enthroned. Mustafa's supporters were very strong. And not only that, Sulaiman see some premonitions what will happen in the future everytime he passed out and or dream.
Every time sultan make him self realize that he wouldn't spill the blood of his children.....makes me feel sad....no matter what he do in the end he will still do the same .....💔heart wrenching truth

Even though i never liked Hatice's story n found her always depressing n whining...this episode rly made me feel bad fr how she was deceived by Ibrahim whom she wholeheartedly loved ..what was her fault ..that she was punished to such an extent...yes..probably she hurt his ego but that was no free pass for Ibrahim to immediately turn to Nigar
