Hawkins support is not necessary but use it if you are not sure to tank enough damage (you should be above 50HP on stage 3)
Nami support is necessary for lvl 31+ but you can also use super TND Nami or another special rewind support on Chopper

You don't need Nami support at all because the rewind affect top row only so Chopper can launch his special anyway

It's a non-farmable character, only available in rare recruits. You can use TM Shiryu (code : 3297) on Shiraoshi & Mansherry or 20th anniversary Sanji (code : 1755) on Chopper though
