30 Minute Engine Build / VW Type 1 Karmann Ghia

Man, this took way longer than expected. Engine removal and disassembly only took a single day. All the machine work took several weeks, so William and I got to working on all the restoration and prep work during downtime. Once we got the block and heads back, we continued to encounter a few other issues, but we powered through. Engine still needs some tweaking, but we should be ready to begin breaking the engine in.

I dig the gold. I think u might have forgot the tins between pushrod tubes and cylinders. they help with cooling. Great job otherwise!!

I never saw a timing gun used after it was fired up ?
