Permanent loc extensions on short hair using hair from Amazon

- This is my second time using Jisheng loc extensions and I absolutely love them! These are one of the brands I recommend if you decide to purchase loc extensions from Amazon.
When installing my hair it didn’t take me long since I started with short hair. I haven’t had any issues with my locs slipping out except for 1 in the front after I colored them. After that, I haven’t had any issues!

I had locs for 8/9 years and I shaved it off 3 years ago now I'm growing my hair and it's now 1" and I have it braided in singles now I find myself looking at faux locs and I miss my real ones..considering extensions..yours looks good

I love the end look. I shaved my head and cut off my locs I was looking to see videos of people with short hair applying loc extensions because I miss my locs 😢 I’m ready to put them back in. 😢

Thank you for this. Imma have to rubberband mine tho. My hair is shaved just like yours but I had to because of alopecia. Definitely want permanent while I still have the rest of my hair. Finally someone with shaved sides like mine..

If you’re referring to the brown crochet needle it was 0.5mm

Thank you! Nope! None I can personally suggest. I’ve only used their locs.

SO YOU BRAIDED THEM FIRST THEN INSTALLED THE LOC AS IF YOUR DOING A SOFT LOC????
Exactly that! But i wrapped that loose hair on the end of the loc i brought through and secured it with the loc crochet needle

I was a beginner lol i’m no hairstylist but I just did what I figured would be convenient and last for those that don’t have the patience to sit around all day to do their hair. But also something that won’t damage the hair.
