Those are gorgeous fish. Been looking for a suitable peaceful cichlid for my 150 gallon South and Central American community tank, thanks so much for this video
Thanks for sharing, beautiful fish! I just joined the Central American cichlids family and got myself some Cryptoheros Nanoleteus, looking forward to see them grow and color up!
Hey Brutha Biggsy, Aussie checking in. Have ya missed my unmatched wisdom?. The Blue eyes are a very underrated group. Because of this, they are nearly extinct in the Australian hobby as they can no longer be imported. No hope, of ever seeing chetumalensis down here. Nearly a K of Subs now, way to go Bro. You've earned it! Sub people, if you haven't already. Keep that content coming friend.
As always my friend tour support means the world to me. I love the comments and chats. Very sad state of affairs in getting fish to you guys down under. Keep spreading the world! Share the vids on Facebook Or any other social media platform it all helps get the word out. Cheers!
They are starting to get established in the organized hobby. Several well known aquarists have been breeding and distributing them around through their local clubs. I was truly honoured to be able to bring probably the first group back to Canada.

Too funny Chris! I just got 10 of them yesterday from a fish farm in Florida about 1”.
I also have a breeding pair of cutteri!
Both wonderful species to work with
Can you share which farm has them available?
I got them on Aquabid the user name is 90125 Chris/Heather Butcher. Not sure the farm name. They still have them on there under Central cichlids.
What a beautiful fish. I love the convicts. Where can I get some of these?

So is Sajica cryptoheros new to the category as well.
According to the cichlid room companion which is a very well respected site for such information they are relegated to Amtitlania
