Good job bro 😊. You must have added / taken care of the following points also. 1. The position of the oil hole on the hydraulic tappet while fitting. 2. should not tap on the gudgeon pin with a metal rod, use soft hammer instead. Never ever keep that metal rod in contact with the cylinder face, it will scratch the surface and result in gasket leaks. 3. Install new piston rings. 4. The O ring on the oil pump outlet was in bad shape, you should have replaced that. It can lead to less oil pressure reaching the rockers and later on tappet noise. 5. You must clean the sprocket and chain before fitting engine RH cover. Always be justified yourself as a good mechanic. Quality of work is very important.
First and foremost one must check oil supply with rocker covers opened and make sure that oil pump is healthy.otherwise new hydraulic lifters would get damaged again in no time😊

Engine me koi bi dikkat nahi ayegi. Mere pa honda shine 2008 ka modle bi hai KA38J9465 1.5 lakh km chal chuki abi tak engine me koi problem nahi aaya.
