At 6:25 you say that genuine bermuda grass? Is that in your country? Bc here in the US that is not what Bermuda looks like when it sprouts. It has two thin leaves at sprouts, not one single sprout. What you're showing here is Rye sprouts.

I have a headache shopping online, thousands of crazy names and titles and ZERO labels to reveal that most have only 12 to 20% seed in the bag, the rest is clay and fertilizer and limestone. One that I foolishly ordered on Amazon had about 13% grass seed, making that $50 bag worth about $8 on a good day. Same with Walmart. All going back. Maybe I will take out a few pounds and replace it with sand just to give back something for my time and their lies. And it is hard to find REAL plain seed. Crazy
