Bobby Keys' contributions to the Stones are often ignored. He rocks here.
So true. RIP Bobby.
The stones really loved Bobby. Especially Keith Richards
Keith and Bobby had a bond ... born on the same day .
+Vickie S that's true Vickie
Bobby Keys played with all sorts of people as well. I met him a couple of times in Cincinnati when he was playing once with a local group and later with Ron Levi. He was always cool . . . a cigarette stuck on a bent paperclip on his guitar. RIP
Chuck Leavell has really added a lot of keyboard talent and cohesion in the past few decades.
agreed. i know people will say that ian stewart was the band's best keyboardist but i think leavell is a better and more accomplished musician who can also play loose.
Is that you Chuck?
what about Nicky Hopkins?
Nicky Hopkins, fantastic piano player. Billy Preston, fantastic piano player. Chuck Leavell had a rock-jazz fusion group before all this, so he brings real, somewhat unappreciated originality. Also, it's surprising that Chuck has been delegated the responsibility of managing the song set lists, and making adjustments the Glimmer Twins want. So you might say that Leavell has both Apollonian and Dionysian traits that the band needs at this stage.
I really like Chucks solos and I think Mick and Keith also do.
And not to forget he played piano on Claptons MTV Unplugged album. That was''t that bad I think...
The stones are perfectly performing 🎉🎉. Mick, his vocals are phenomenal 🎉🎉. The boys are just jammin and rockin and having a good time 🎉🎉
Fantastic version!!! They always seem to enjoy playing that number, and it shows.
Charlie has always been my favorite Stone! The laid back guy in the back, keeping the beat and just smilin' looking around!!! I hope you're able to look in now and then!!!
When I thought I had seen every version of this song……here they all let loose with solos and riffs……excellent version…..Charlie even throws a smile……loose or what?
_The first were The Beatles, after them The Rolling Stones, after them Led Zeppelin..._
*_Only The Stones remained together till nowadays, the same power, energy and dedication!_*
_God bless you The Rolling Stones!_
True dedication to the music. And the fans. #1 RnR band ever!!!
Same power? They lost Brian Jones...
ratelzwatel, you're a ball and chain much like Brian Jones became why don't you climb in to his grave. It's way past 1969 and we're still rocking, you're soul is dead. Lively up yourself and watch the greatest band starting from 1969 and '72 tours with Mick Taylor.
A part from the bassist
Queen
My 1st love sang this song to me in 1979. I love this rendition of "Miss You". I sure have missed James all of these years. Some of us only ever have one love. Even tho we try, it never works. I finally gave up.
love the keys Chuck. RIP Bobby-great sax!
.... ahhhhh ~ Never, Ever Tire of this version .... RIP Bobby .... you & your Sax are missed
It's a miracle! They upload an entire song!
with the stones around rock n roll never dies,
A big Thank-you to the piano man and sax man and lovely lady dancer , and the Stones are still rollin' !!! ............ oooooooooooooooooooooo Miss You !!!
Lisa Fischer is back up singer
She's good :D
@@julieb2968 Don't forget Bernard Fowler, great one too.
I think these lads may have a future.
Maybe Kayne West can give them a chance to break through. ;)
Ratelzwatel
" - " nice one lol,lol you made me smile
you think ? lol
flawless performance. the glory of rock and roll.
The Lonely Rocker likes this song! it sounds just great!
incredible;unbeliefeble; after all those decades still showing peopele ,young and old how its been done.
Best rendition of this song that I've ever heard!
we lived , through them , up's , downs , and they showed the brilliance , of , life ,
My favorite Stones song!
The talent on this stage has not been and probably won’t be matched again.
Thx for the memories. RIP Bobby🎷
Simply a unique Band!
Love this song instead of feeling sad it makes me happy!!😆💖💋💋Strang feelings also with this song ..
always surprising musicians getting the best out of themselves playing together, think it's that strength touching me most of all
Love KEITH and His Smoking Breaks...Ronnie too...And LOVE THE BASS OF BILL WYMAN!!🤗🤗😍😍
OoooooooooooooH that SAX!
They know what they're doing, Jagger is the key and the Groove of the drums, the sax is the lead player and keys, Chuck is a B3 player first and music director. Mick Taylor was a strong and easy to feature guitarist, very talented but he didn't fit the bands ego, no one can be bigger than Mick and Keith but they earned it with the song writing and Jagger is perhaps the best rock and roll front man there ever was. And they're still making millions and mostly all still alive!
"Best rock front man"?
I put 3 on the top shelf - (in no particular order) - Jagger, Elvis & Iggy for the most spectacular, electric performances I have ever seen.
I wish they still played Miss You like this, it would be virtually impossible without Bobby Keys! Rest his soul! But this was amazing!!!
Agree Trever, I love this, sure glad the cameras were rolling. It's fresh here, probably overplayed since, love the Texas Some Girls '78 version also but this is even better. Have the Voodoo Lounge "Unplugged" Blu ray box set 3/4 years but amazingly didn't get round to watching it yet, 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🕺🎸🥁🎺💯☘️🇨🇮
crazy sweet innocence
They are a legacy and a legend no body does it better.
That’s just perfect.perfect
Sick

One of their best efforts during the Ron Wood era.
That’s a great rendition of miss you Bobby Keys was always a great addition to the stones and Lisa Fischer is absolutely beautiful
Before to be beautiful she is a great singer, actually i miss her.
Spettacolare colonna sonora di un attuale e altrettanto speciale amore clandestino.

Charlie Watts said that Bobby Keys was the best rock n roll saxophone player ever. I might have to agree with him on that. R.I.P. Charlie and Bobby
