As a '24 leasee, the visual and tech upgrades are all excellent, keep in mind the higher capacity battery is not bigger, just higher density and is actually 2 lbs less! Not sure I like having the charge port on the left side in a LHD country, won't be ideal for curbside charging that will become more prevalent, even if Tesla is that way, their superchargers are getting longer cables anyway.
Loved the old ev6 when I drove it. It just felt special to drive. The new headlight design is much better, as is the removal of glossy plastic in the interior. Great presentation.

i still prefer the old headlights and rims...also, having the tesla port is cool BUT now that means that you'll need a ccs adapter to charge at other places...it would be great if they included one.... sidenote...tesla superchargers don't offer non tesla vehicles maximum wattage so these new ev6's will be capped at 100kw when using tesla chargers....i think i'll be keeping my '23 ev6 a lot longer.

The charge port door being moved to the traffic side of the car when parallel parked is a really bad idea. I wonder how many will be torn off by passing cars before,it’s moved back to the passenger side. On a related point, I do not back into parking places. I pull in, front first. The charge port belongs on the front of the car, near the charger, not on the back where a longer cable is required.
The thing is, they're so knowledgeable. Unlike the superblondie bus that constantly points out useless things on a car and gets excited about it. What a world we live in.
Loved My 2022 Stinger, until I saw how much it costs just to replace ONE sealed headlight assembly (over $1500) and had to wait 2 months for a scheduled oil change at the dealer (they use special oil filters no one has) and that Kia charged a yearly fee of over $100 to use the phone app for scheduled remote starts and other small features. Got rid of the constant beeping at me that cars were in front of me, beside me, pulling away at the stop light, the car shutting off at intersections (stupid 'features' on new cars) - seriously, the car nagged me more than my wife. The last straw was when the thing dinged at me and put a message on the dash that I looked tired and should 'take a break' from driving. In the middle of the day, after driving 4 miles. Traded that thing in for a 2014 Mustang GT. Brand new headlights are the cost of a bulb now and the whole assembly can be had for less than $300. Plus now I have a 6 speed standard like a proper sports car. Nag mobile gone.
I had a Kia Niro EV leased, really liked the car but on a lease return I was charged $400 so I will never go back to Kia ever in my life. No other lease charged me like Kia has
Unfortunately, that's one of the cons of leasing. The vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition - otherwise you're left paying for the added wear, tear, and extra mileage.
Kia needs a hybrid sedan to compete with honda toyota and even there sister company hyundai ev are too soon it's time gas unless there is the same amount of ev stations as gas stations
Headlight on the previous model looks sleeker and timeless. This one will be easily dated when the trend is over. Round classic headlamps will come back around with a new spin.
I rented one at the airport, and it was an electric vehicle. The mileage is incredibly low, and you have to charge it frequently. Additionally, the calculation of remaining miles is inaccurate. Furthermore, Kia is relatively new to electric vehicles, and they are quite expensive. I would rather buy a Tesla.
I prefer the old EV6 looks! The new ones are too tacky. The new Sorento design is much nicer than this one, and the cement grey colour is starting to look dated.

Need EV3 in North America. The wheelbase on the EV6 and Ioniq 5 is like of a large suv. Very hard to maneuver around parking lots.

In usa it sux to get out of the car and walk all the way around to the right side just to plug in at home. Better on the left side.
