Things happen for a reason! Glad you were able to have at least a day in NY. Best of luck! Congrats to your daughter!

Thanks! We were so glad to make it in for a day as it was really important for her to make a big decision like moving to NYC. I am sure she’ll be missing the warm PV winter weather, but she is pretty excited. ❤️

We just came back from PV and I found the airport to be over crowded but the lines did move quickly. The taxi fare through trip increased...440 pesos to the rz...last October I paid 340

Regarding the wheelchairs, they are airline specific. Check with your airline to confirm that have a contract to use them. We found out the hard way that Viva Aurobus does not. I even offered to tip him and he said he can’t because it can cause him his job.

Thanks for the comment. That is crazy. With Southwest, which was our carrier at the time, they must have been contracted.

You took all of that nonsense very calmly! Glad that you made it to NY.

The only place where it is a no-no is through security coming into the airport gates and of course when arriving by plane and going through customs & immigration. Pretty chill otherwise.
