I did it On Aug 2nd from 6 45 to 8AM... uff When I start writing I was not able to find anything to write , I was completely blank and then i realised that I am not noticing anything which is happening everyday every sec in my life, everytime I was just thinking on something bad that happened to me in my past and not noticing anything which is happening at present. But still I could able to write something in my magic book. Thank you so much this is really helping to explore myself more and focus on happy things on daily basis. While writing positive affirmations I felt really very happy, it was bringing smile on my face. Once again thank you thank you thank you a lot ❤❤
