Hi Mandy / Lee, Thanks for showing Dubai from a different perspective. Dubai has some of the most interesting skyscrapers in the world. They really pushed the limits of what was possible. We how expensive it is there but somehow the prices you show seem reasonable / cheap. How did you find the place? Are people genuinely friendly or it's all about business? Hi Sergio. We had to work quite hard to see Dubai on a budget, but it was possible. The chicken picnic was from the supermarket, always a good way to have a good, bargain feed. 😊. Otherwise the restaurants around the Marina were fairly pricey and if you wanted a beer, you'd have to go to a licensed hotel. People were friendly but it certainly does seem more business orientated than all the other Gulf States. Very interesting for a short trip and a good look around. 😊 ~ Lee
