  • The plaintiff says the defendant had a child with her son, but the child was taken away at birth because there was cocaine in her system. The plaintiff has since adopted the girl, and she’s suing the defendant for stolen cash, lost wages, and emotional distress. The defendant admits she was unstable when the baby was born, but she’s sober now. She claims she only gave up the child because she had four other kids. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.

@KCole Bc sons aren't expected 2 b responsible fathers who could have done what it takes 2 get clean & get his daughter out of foster care or 2 prevent grandma from giving up her retirement years 2 raise son's child. Sons are just sperm donors that MAKE BABIES NOT CARE 4 THEM
It's the SOLE responsibility of the mother to do that & we will shame mom when she doesn't. That's what the comments 4 this episode r really saying.
