hoson xp 600 no ink problem no flash

I love ur classes but I have an issue with my xp600 large format printer… am getting a communication error (link fail, power down and maintenance mode) on the lcd screen.
Have changed the head cables to board but the message still flag out…
What can I do sir
Makes me think there is a communication problem with the computer to the printer I would check these connections. What software are you running

Hello ! What were the symptoms that lead you to believe it was that board ? I’m curious because I may have same issue
replace your printhead and cables if this does not resolve your problem likely it is the printhead board

Ryan here from the uk,
ive recently purchased a 2nd hand XP600 UV Printer, but believe that the firmware that is currently loaded onto the boards is defective.
For the life of me i can not find this firmware anywhere. Ive just finished watching your video and your machine uses the same control system as mine (Hoson).
I was wondering if you by any chance have exported the firmware files as a backup after your new installation of the new print head control board.
I would really appreciate it if you could share these files with me for me to try, and see if i can bring some life into the machine i have.

Hello there are many types of firmware for printers running hoson do you know the manufacturer of your printer? they would be happy to send to you I would think normally they are very small companies but can be found on alibaba

@@JaysToDoList I got a flatbed with 4 printheads that stopped producing ink while running some corflute. KC went first out first followed by MY. I thought it was the head board so I bought another. I still can't print. The carriage moves as it should and I can draw ink through the negative pressure system. I have changed the ribbon cables. However, the 4 replacement printheads I bought are off eBay for about 20USD each probably refurbished. The printheads are same with the workforce 3720 epson machines. Do you think it could be the printheads causing it.. I mean 4 printheads all bad?
