The price sounds good to me until I convert to Canadian dollars, lol. $44,900 us is $61,000 cad. The units you sell look to be in almost excellent condition so if you have us dollars, they are likely accessible to lower mid income retirees there. I should stop watching your videos....but they are nice for daydreaming.
