Why do you.clip the horses in the winter time?

Great question!! Horses grow a lot of cost to protect them from cold temps, snow, etc. if they are in heavy exercise then it is often hard for them to cool down with their heavy coats so we do different hair cuts based on where and how much they sweat so they can cool down after exercise!
