Don't you find the bugle-head screws tend to tear out the pocket hole? (I absolutely agree, you don't have to use pocket hole screws, I just try to make sure I'm using some kind of washer head screws)
thats a pretty good point, i have had this problem but i found that by clamping the pieces together first i can put less pressure and then they dont tend to tear out so much
@@kevinthemightier Thank you so much for your reply, that is what I thought and hoped for! This is exactly what I was looking for as I have the 17 gallon bins. Do you still plan on doing the "detailed" video with dimensions and instructions for the jig and maybe a link to the casters you used? If not I will figure it out from the cut list you showed on the video. Thanks again!
Nice work. Great video. Do you think it would have the same structural integrity if it was just three bins wide?
absolutely! in fact it would probably be even stronger
Can you post the cut list and plans somewhere? Thanks! Super helpful. I need to build this.
im working on a more detailed video on the moment that will include a cut list and how to make the leg jig
Great build video. Do you have a cut list?
right now im working on another video that will be a bit more detailed, it will include a cut list and how to make the leg jig
Do you share the jig set up measurements? And the spacing between tote rails?
I didn't, but i might make a more detailed video soon as Im going to remake that jig. the spacing between tote rails i believe was 17" though.

@@MissyWindom-c4u yup! working on that today and hoping to have the video up by the end of tomorrow!
great content.
But does it really need a 2x4?
@yossiyaari3760 actually it needed about 12
@kevinthemightier
I hope you were being funny. Or else I was really unclear.
I meant the board size is overkill.
