Abilities carry the stats of the bar you cast them from. Aka casting hot on your back bar and switching to your ofensive bar wont increase hot heal. Not sure about ofensive skills, but im positive that casting it on your low sp/wd bar then switching to front bar, wont increase dmg over time. You can check. Good vid
