Pretty expensive in that area, but that really depends on where you're coming from and what you consider expensive. Houses in those areas can go into the millions. Corrales is VERY expensive as well as certain parts of the North Valley, especially along Rio Grande. If you go toward Rio Rancho and up on the mesa just west of Corrales, it's more affordable, but not nearly as pretty and green.
Uhgg, No one's front lawns have grass planted. I understand why,, A homeowner would need to keep it watered so it would stay alive, That would cost $$$ not to say the waste of a resource in a dry environment.

One more thing,, I don't understand why cities build sidewalks any longer, I don't think I saw anyone walking .
