Man interviewing Dan must be so easy. Asked like 4 questions and got over an hour 😂 loved it though, really love the coach, analyst and GM perspectives
I think DDK as a GM for 100T fits so well and exactly what this org needs. He's ALWAYS paying attention to every aspect of the Valorant team. DDK is always a gentleman and has always been very stats/rubric based. With the way he thinks and runs things - this helps separate being objective and professional, with being 'friends.' In industry "work-relationships" with colleagues should always be first about the company winning. Most teams that didn't follow that model or had players get cocky was what caused so many fallouts. I really like Will, and he is friends with everyone on the team. Also his Raze plays were pretty integral. But overall, performance moving into franchised teams that can only have 25 Tier 1 players. 100T and DDK clearly know that there is a skill gap with Cryo and what they lack which is awping (which creates a lot of space for the team/prevents easy pick-offs). Like obviously it is good to be friendly and hang out with your teammates offseason/offline - you as a GM would be happy with that. However being friends is one but winning and fulfilling your role in your job is another. For example Asuna and Bang who've been friends for years. They operate well and know how to talk to each other. But they don't let their friendship dictate how they work well together. Yes their synergy is very matched, but they are professionals and perform very well in their "new" roles to series wins (aka Asuna primarily duelist now to flex, and Bang from their flex to primary smokes in 5 months).

We had 4 pages of questions, we barely got through a single page. But how can you not love the answers Dan gives.
