Hi I plan on buying a magician dual sport and was wondering about getting it titled in florida did you have to do anything special or just show up to the dmv with the title and some money?
That Was Great! Which Make & Model & Is It Still Running? Is That Your Real Name Or Is It Steve McQueen In, 'On Any Sunday' That You Like? Thank You. (Like #136)
I'm glad I saw this video. I've been looking at the '22 RXB and I was wondering how it would hold up on the street. My favorite dirt roads are about 25 miles away before they start and I was wondering how the trip between here and there would be. Looks like it's not a problem. I do have a quick question oh, I saw that you were on the interstate a couple times oh, how did it keep up out there? What kind of top speed do they actually have? Of course, I don't know if you change the gearing so any info would be appreciated thanks
If the 2022 transmission is the same as the 21 then a 40t rear sprocket is good for mixed use. You can cruise at 55-60 comfortably 65-70 is about max. It gets viby at higher revs but will do it. The seat is an issue for longer rides but all dual sports have that issue. Uncle Sticky is the best name ever BTW!
@@mushmanadventures thanks. That should work, it looks like like a great bike. I haven't had a dual sport since my Honda XL250 and I've been missing the dirt roads. Oh and the name, I don't know why but it just came to me as I was drinking with a friend and we were trying to come up auth a name for a bar I was in the process of opening. I decided on a different name but I still regret never opening Uncle Sticky's. LOL
Glad to see someone else out there is pushing the RXB to further distances too. A little uncomfortable but still very capable of putting up some miles on longer trips. What was oil consumption for the trip?
@@mushmanadventures i tried to call and give em the model name. They said they couldn't check with that and gave me a number for the dmv inspector. Still waiting on a call back. Did you call first. Or, did you just bring the title to the dmv?
LOL!! I love how you actually put the bike IN the motel room. That's classic!!
is so much better than making the rest of the journey on foot :)
Made sense to me too...
This is awesome 💪💪 I have a GPX FSE250e - I’d totally do this - I think. What an awesome trip!
So glad to see your back to youtube
great video, keep them coming.😊
Im getting a templar x . Im so pumped man. I think this is a step up from xpro but i like building my own stuff and tunkering anyway. 😅
Isn' t the X pro the 6 speed Templar ??
@@micwell2247There are 3 models of the Templar. The Templar M is 6 speed.
@jonwoodworker no it's the x thats 6 speed.
you are a courageous man. must have been like Lewis and Clark expedition.
Hey man i absolutely love this video. I want to go motocamping and travel and a rxb250 seems like a great bike for that
It was, I ended up putting on a bigger tank and then moved to a Honda 300 rally.vthe rally is the perfect moto camping bike.

The bike will come with a MCO. Take that and cash and walk out with title, plates and less cash.

Nice ! I love it man. Great job.
Is this video from the trip we went riding?
Yep, I've been busy.

What was oil consumption for the trip?
Almost zero! I was shocked.
@@mushmanadventures Wow. 🤯 That is pretty amazing.
About how many miles can you make it in between fill ups?
It had a very small tank. 75 miles, and I carried 1/2 gallon.
@@mushmanadventures I see the newer models have 3 gallon tanks with fuel injection. I wonder if that could push to about 150 before fill ups
On the 2021 with the carb my wife can cover 125 miles per tank.
Something id like to do for sure cross country on a bike
With how good Chinese bikes are nowadays, it's never been cheaper or easier to do a huge ride. So many good ones to choose from too.
How much money on gas did you spend in one day
I didn't track that. It was so hot out (95-100) that I stopped every 50 miles to get gas and enjoy the a/c.
Good proof ....
Did you get it registered in florida?
Yes, 2 registered successfully.

@@phiffer83 I went to the smallest rural DMV, I only had the certificate of origin sent by Orion.
Nice trip. How did your ass handled the seat?? I used to ride DR650. Nice bike but the seat was torture...
It was a ktm soft seat with an extra pad. it wasn't that bad. Wasn't great....
Sound like a suziki😊
what is the MPG
About 40. It will change depending on speed.
What’s it top out at ?
I'm not sure about the exact top speed, However with a 40t rear Sam is right with me at 65.
