20 year old German woman given harsher sentence than migrant gang rapist for calling him a ‘pig’

- A recent hate crime conviction in Germany really shocked me and showed in stark contrast how Western society holds hate crimes to be much worse than actual crimes - even the gang rape of a child.
A 20 year old woman sent messages to a man who’d taken part in the gang rape calling him a “disgraceful pig” - and incredibly, the woman was given a harsher sentence than the rapist.
She's just one of 140 people being investigated over hate crimes for messaging the rapists, reportedly none of whom was of German origin.
In this video I look at both trials - and show how the reaction to horrific crimes is treated more punitively than the crimes themselves.

Former prosecutor here. Thank you for this fearless assessment of the situation. Ive lost count of the number of child rape, child porn etc cases i handled but i still have nightmares. The average sheep has NO idea of the brutality of these crimes then its aggravated by all the false and exaggerated 'me too' cases that constipate the courts. In my jurisdiction i took a stand against "cultural factors" being considered as mitigatory. In one meeting i made the case that if cultural factors contribute to the risk of reoffending then its an aggravating factor, not a mitigation. 2 hours of my time and real change happened not by convincing those at the top but my ordinary collegues. Change can be instituted, if 10 ppl in positions of power stood up against this massive shifts back towards normality would occur.

Where are you now. I loved my service in Germany in 80s/90s although it was in a depressing area Hohne "Bergen-Belsen" . Many great weekends in hamburg hannover. Some of the most beautiful small towns and villages in the world. We were part of an exercise in 89, the largest build up of troops since WW2 (Sorry to bring it up 😆). It got called off for extreme conditions 5ft snow. The village we were in at time opened up a bar and german red cross came with loads of villagers and made us the best stew in my life. Kegs of 🍺, accordions, frauleins and best of all lovely hot 🛀. AMerkel screwed Germany & Europe up. Oh and the left. Mustn't forget them.

Most people shake their head when they see whats going on outside but when they get home and close the front door they feel safe enough to not see anything on the streets as their problem. Well we all need to question the morals of the people in power. Why would a judge be so harsh on someone calling out a rapist of children. Do the math.

German here. My father knows a woman who used to be a district attorney/public prosecuter. She quit. She couldn't take it any longer, because she was forbidden and actively hindered to prosecute crimes when they were done by "new prospective citizens". Whenever she did, the prosecution was canceled or they got the lightest sentences available, justice was not equal. She was told to treat people differently and she burnt out on trying to maintain principles.
My father also knows people who are or were policemen, they told the same. Everybody hears and knows this who is willing to know this. Government and media try to suppress it, but many people are not deaf, blind and stupid. Woke people, who may be your colleagues or family members, are calling you racist or conspiracy theorist for "believing such things", and that "you're twisting statistics" when you talk about it. So it causes rifts through society, through families, workplaces. It pushes people either further to the right or further to the left with not much inbetween. By now you will have heard about how our government has started to meddle with free press by shutting down a magazine through dirty tricks.
The people who are in denial and scream for outlawing the right-wing party wouldn't even recognise the totalitarian tendencies of our government if our ministers would start to wear green uniforms with an armband that shows a leaf, raise the left arm and shout H*** Habeck. That's how dead-focused they are and convinced that the only danger will ever come from the right side.
I don't know how you can not understand the logic of the establishment and the managerial class, german ethnic women with non-foreign background have one of the lowest birth rates on the planet, levels similar to South Korea, for a long time. A lawyer of over 70 years old who is defending a famous case recently told me that he has become more and more dismayed over the last 15 years at the increasing corruption of the judges. He said that even the judges in his own region who he previously knew to decide fair and justly have turned towards unfathomable ridiculous and corrupt decisions.

If their countries have a significant amount of particular crimes or they don’t view our perception of crime as a crime and then you invite them into your country; they typically bring their perceptions, religions, cultures, and yes, their crimes, with them.
European societies have traditionally punished other Europeans when these actions have actually occurred, usually, extremely harshly throughout history.
I believe that we should revive these practices, as well as many of the Ancient European practices; though it’s all about finding the balance with the present.
