When Ame agreed to this collab, I don't think she considered the possibility she would have to relive one of the most painful experiences she ever had while streaming in hololive.

And the simplest fix to it was for her to check a guide or ask pekora, but nope. Even her simple redstone potato farm took so long to finish because she didn't want any guide. That's one way to never touch minecraft again.

@@35PHaaton Yeah Ame is a stubborn one hahah, It's pretty hard to do farms in Minecraft correctly without a guide, even more if you don't play the game that often.
The fact that Ame even agreed to try and make a new PPP for the girls speaks volumes about how much she cares for them

This whole collab got me feeling nostalgic. I love it. Ame did a great job making that mob farm so fast too, shame it kept exploding though LOL. I hope just putting a fence or slab in front of it will fix the spacing problem.

She could use trap door on top of hoppers i think that'll help hope they figure it out though
Wouldn't work. Standing so low is putting them in the creepers line of sight. Raise the area the player stands on by half a block and only leave a half block gap to swing through. Turning on hit boxes would actually show the mobs lines of sight, too. Present config will give her headaches with skeletons too but the creepers are blowing up first.
@@karactr8361you mean replacing those carpet with trap doors don't work I'm pretty sure that an inches higher than carpet enough to break the creepers line of sight? 🤔?

Not exactly. It'd make them have to move a little closer before the creeper explodes, but their problem is already that they're moving too close. The easiest solution is to just put a block in front of the farm so they can't get so close, and put a hole with a trapdoor on one side for xp.
@@Grumpy1174 yeah, I thought about them getting too close after I wrote my comment as well, just didn't feel like editting it. The lower edge needs to be at least level with the upper wall.
I think I've seen Gemini Tay build a few of them in one block worlds and even she has them blow up on her until she finishes tweaking them.

The problem is they made killing chamber 2x2 (even if you put fence around for safe, it's still annoying to run around to kill mobs). They should made it 2x1 or even 1x1 and it'll never explode.
I don't know which tutorial they used, but the carpets on the hoppers should definitely be replaced with slaps. Additionally, add trapdoors above the user to further minimize the line of sight.
