The 60s had the Beatles, the 90s had Oasis so much great music from the last 70 years but this is right up there with the best ,don't matter how many times I listen to or play it , it still feels as good epic
This resonates with me on a couple of levels. I have seen Noel perform in Australia the last few times he was here , and the man is immensely talented and cool with it. Also, I had the fortune of travelling to Japan for a sister city visit to the City of Edogawa, when I was the ceo of a council in Nsw Australia, and we were obliged to sing (and I cannot sign at all) Waltzing Matilda, including the verses no one knows, on a very very similar stage. Loved Japan!
I'll never forget the first time i heard don,t look back in anger done this way. 2006 in the auditorium at the Los Angeles VA Hospital property on Wilshire and Sepulveda. Very small show. Maybe 600 people. Magic. Pure magic.
