The only known video of a complete concert by the Vermeer Quartet was made in Rome, Italy, on March 22, 2007. This was their final year of touring. The program included Mozart’s B-flat quartet, K. 589, Janacek’s 1st quartet, and Beethoven’s quartet in A minor, Op. 132.
Classical music often incorporates imagination and expression of nature. The harmonies meld with the sounds of nature, crafting a musical experience akin to a mystical natural landscape.
Each instrument can be heard so clearly at all times.
Unique elegance and sophistication.
Pure beauty!
Beautiful playing. I love Ashkenazy's sound. The only problem with this video is the sycnchronization. The audio track is a little behind the video.
Une vrai délicatesse Mozardienne
