Imagine years later, when BTS has disbanded and you have your life all by yourself. Walking out of your office building, it starts to rain. you look up to the sky. It really is pouring. Buckets of water came crashing down, so you decide to go to the nearest cafe. As you enter, a familiar tune played in the background. you try to place your finger on why the song is so familiar, but the sound was too quiet. You walk up to the counter. "tea and a ham and cheese sandwich please. both heated." after you get your food and pay, you carry your stuff, and walk towards an empty table to eat. you pass a table, and the person sitting there catches your eye. Sitting there, wearing a mask and cap, sits your bias. well, your old bias. you recognize him by his eyes, and you stare with shock and recognition. as the memories come flooding back like a tsunami wave, a tear slips your eye, soon, you're sobbing your eyes out quietly. He turns around confused. then his eyes widens in recognition of a small keychain on your bag. a trinket so small you forgot it was there. he stands up from his chair and gives you a hug. "thank you, ARMY, for supporting us all those years ago." You stand there, shocked for a moment, then hugged back. "no, thank you, for the most beautiful times of my life."

One last roast from Yoongi, one last smile from Hoseok, one last pat on the back from Namjoon, one last hug from Jimin, one last compliment from Taehyung and one last teasing from Jungkook. One last V-live, one last Twitter post, one last Instagram post and one last Bangtan Bomb. Their last album was released months ago and sold out, their concerts sold out. No more albums, comebacks, concerts, fan meetings, Fiesta, Seasons Greetings, Summer/Winter/Fall/Spring Packages, surprise collaborations and no more covers. All Army’s are gathered around in their homes and start singing 2!3!. BTS is singing Let Go to no one. And once we both finish the song we break down into tears and sing Don’t Leave Me. Jin is running his own restaurant. Yoongi is still producing music but for himself. Hoseok is a Dance Teacher, Namjoon is helping in an animal shelter. Jimin is helping his brother and family with whatever they need, Taehyung is playing the Saxophone again. And Jungkook is a gym teacher/coach. They marry the love of their life and have kids. Their kids start going to school, once in a while they would bump into each other. They would also bump into Army’s one by one. And that’s how they know, how we all know that no matter what happens BTS was always destined to be. And that nothing was ever going to separate them. I love you Army! I love you Bangtan! Guys imagine this. After you dropped your kids off at your daycare then you get home and go inside you noticed the house looked a little messy so you started cleaning, after that you noticed a that your storage closet was open the kids must have opened it you thought to yourself you get closer and turn in the on the lights. You notice many boxes that were closed sitting in the shelf you were curious to see what was in there because you haven’t touched them and you knew that there was something important in there but you forgot what it was so you so you grabbed them and sat on the floor and started to open them. Then you see something that look like posters and you decided to open and then you see 7 beautiful people and your entire world in one place. You smile a warm smile you decide to keep opening the boxes then you see albums and pictures and then you decided to play one of there songs then you decided to play euphoria by JungKook and you start singing along you haven’t listened to it in a while but you knew the lyrics from heart then another song plays. Spring day by BTS you started to cry very hard. Even though you were crying uncontrollably you decided to keep unboxing you wipe your tear and then you see your BTS merch the same exact merch you begged your parents to buy you for the same merch you desperately wanted to buy so you worked 2 jobs to buy it. Your try it on it still fits you laugh then you see your notebook the one you wrote your feelings down in and you wrote how much they meant to you you picked it up but it fell and you caught it by the last page you start reading and it says. Thank You for teaching me to love myself. Thank you for teaching me I’m perfect the way I am. Thank You for telling me it’s okay to not have dream. Thank You for being my world. Thank You for comforting me. Then you see a note to yourself it reads: Dear future me if you Forget about them I will never Forgive you. You swallowed hard you felt a lump forming in the back of your throat then tear after tear keep falling down I’m sorry. You say. Despite that you keep reading But I my future self will move on with your life and it did it’s okay I can’t blame you for that. That fact that you once loved and supported them is enough for me. i don’t think i’ve ever made a decision that’s affected my life more than deciding to learn more about bts. i haven’t been an army for long-only for around a year and a half now, but this past year and a half have been the best years of my entire life. i remember hearing dna for the first time when it first came out, but i was never necessarily a fan of them, nor did i like the song at first, but a while later, i had listened to it again and i thought it was the best song that i had ever heard plus genuinely *good* lyrics. it had completely changed my life, and i needed to know more about these boys that i was so amazed by. and so, there i was, young and completely ready to dive into another fandom, but i had z e r o clue how deep the hole i was diving into was. it was insane, but i wouldn’t give it for the world. being vietnamese, i never disliked my race and ethnicity, but i instead felt distant from my other friends who were blonde haired, caucasian people. i couldn’t talk about all of these ethnic topics that i would talk to someone of my own race, and it astounds me to this day why i didn’t become interested in bangtan and korean music before. i felt so accepted into this fandom when i first joined. of course, i went through that fangirl stage that everyone goes through,,,,,the one where you scream around about how much you love them despite barely knowing anything about them, but then i learned more about them, read more about their lyrics and et cetera, and i grew to appreciate them more than i ever could’ve imagined. my eyes were completely opened to an entirely different world of music that didn’t all compose of sex and drugs and stripping, and it was a really refreshing experience to first fall into the trench that is k-pop. i had never expected to learn things that would affect me in areas such as self-love, but that’s exactly what the era that i became an army helped me with. i never hated myself, but i never would’ve said i loved myself, but now, a year and a half later, i owe all of the self-love that i have to bts and their love yourself era. it really shocks me that people still degrade them, whether it be in racist manners or homophobic manners. bangtan is such an amazing group, and they deserve more than what they even have now. they’re talented, and never mind talented-they’re the most caring and genuine and kind souls on this planet. in a world where we’re all so influenced by the effects of negativity, there’s a whole other realm that you can immerse yourself in where you can forget everything that’s going on and just be in a family, millions and millions strong, and listen to the lights of our lives sing and rap and watch them dance. they’re such a paradise, and i couldn’t name all of the times that i’ve smiled and laughed and even cried because of them after a hard and long day at school. they’ve impacted my life in tremendous ways, and i guarantee that they’re going to continue to influence me to do better and to continuing pushing through and persevering. i realize that when k-pop stans say, “stan k-pop for better health,” “stan k-pop for self-love,” “stan k-pop to be not racist,” we’re mostly poking fun and trashing at anti-s who hate on our groups, but there’s so much more to that than just joking and retaliating at those haters. it’s true. everything (most things at least) we say is true; maybe if you finally open your mind and stopped being close-minded, then you would finally feel happier in life and accept yourself. i know to an outsider that that sounds really strange and over the top, but it’s accurate, and all you really have to do is find the right song that fits your style (because k-pop has many different types of styles incorporated inside of it), and there, you’re set on improving your mindset and literally just life in general. i realize that we’re such a hated fandom, and trust me, to all those anti-s who might read this one day, we dislike koreaboos, solo stans, and people who push k-pop onto you just as much as you do. we don’t accept them into our fandom, and we don’t associate ourselves with them. it’s all of the members or none at all, and i just wish you anti-s would just please, please, please just see yourself out. we know you don’t like us, and we know you don’t like our fandom, and that’s okay. it is forever okay to have an opinion, and i, on behalf of millions and millions of others apologize for what self-proclaimed “army” (and et cetera) have forced upon you. i realize this is a 2!3! music video, and no haters are probably even on this, but still,,,,,just like your music, ignore us and whatever those toxic fans say, and we’ll ignore you guys, and fan wars wouldn’t exist. this goes for fandoms of k-pop groups, too. just shut the fuck up, we love our groups, and you love your groups, and some of us love all of the groups we’re talking about. i can be an exo-l and an army at the same time, and i can also be a stay, carat, blink, once, and etc at the same time, too. your group is not better than my group, and my group is not better than your group. we are all equal in this world, and it’s a game of playing your cards right and working hard. but anyways, i haven’t supported bts for long, but i feel so connected with this family called army, and i know that we’re going to live strong and never be forgotten. we’re all going to look back on these times when we’re all grandmas and grandpas and grandparents, and we’re all going to remember a time that we “stanned” bts, and we’re going to have all of those feelings and emotions we experienced so long ago come rushing back to us. can’t wait, and i love you army 💞

I was disappointed in myself because I lost to a contest that I was worked hard on. When I discovered this song, the lyrics evoked so much on how I felt: It's important to erase negative experiences and move on to the future. There are many more songs that helped me through life, and that is why I chose to be an ARMY.

you look up to the sky. It really is pouring. Buckets of water came crashing down, so you decide to go to the nearest cafe.

you try to place your finger on why the song is so familiar, but the sound was too quiet.
You walk up to the counter. "tea and a ham and cheese sandwich please. both heated."
after you get your food and pay, you carry your stuff, and walk towards an empty table to eat.
you pass a table, and the person sitting there catches your eye.
Sitting there, wearing a mask and cap, sits your bias.
well, your old bias.
you recognize him by his eyes, and you stare with shock and recognition. as the memories come flooding back like a tsunami wave, a tear slips your eye, soon, you're sobbing your eyes out quietly.
He turns around confused. then his eyes widens in recognition of a small keychain on your bag. a trinket so small you forgot it was there.
he stands up from his chair and gives you a hug. "thank you, ARMY, for supporting us all those years ago."
You stand there, shocked for a moment, then hugged back. "no, thank you, for the most beautiful times of my life."

2026: All young Army’s are grown up. Old Army’s are starting to get married and start having a life of their own. BTS finished their military services as well.
BTS are walking around freely without bodyguards or paparazzi following them in the airport. They all look at each other and do one last Bangtan Cheer. One last group hug, one last dad joke from Jin. One last roast from Yoongi, one last smile from Hoseok, one last pat on the back from Namjoon, one last hug from Jimin, one last compliment from Taehyung and one last teasing from Jungkook. One last V-live, one last Twitter post, one last Instagram post and one last Bangtan Bomb. Their last album was released months ago and sold out, their concerts sold out. No more albums, comebacks, concerts, fan meetings, Fiesta, Seasons Greetings, Summer/Winter/Fall/Spring Packages, surprise collaborations and no more covers.
All Army’s are gathered around in their homes and start singing 2!3!. BTS is singing Let Go to no one. And once we both finish the song we break down into tears and sing Don’t Leave Me.
Jin is running his own restaurant. Yoongi is still producing music but for himself. Hoseok is a Dance Teacher, Namjoon is helping in an animal shelter. Jimin is helping his brother and family with whatever they need, Taehyung is playing the Saxophone again. And Jungkook is a gym teacher/coach.
They marry the love of their life and have kids. Their kids start going to school, once in a while they would bump into each other. They would also bump into Army’s one by one. And that’s how they know, how we all know that no matter what happens BTS was always destined to be. And that nothing was ever going to separate them.

After you dropped your kids off at your daycare then you get home and go inside you noticed the house looked a little messy so you started cleaning, after that you noticed a that your storage closet was open the kids must have opened it you thought to yourself you get closer and turn in the on the lights.
You notice many boxes that were closed sitting in the shelf you were curious to see what was in there because you haven’t touched them and you knew that there was something important in there but you forgot what it was so you so you grabbed them and sat on the floor and started to open them.
Then you see something that look like posters and you decided to open and then you see 7 beautiful people and your entire world in one place. You smile a warm smile you decide to keep opening the boxes then you see albums and pictures and then you decided to play one of there songs then you decided to play euphoria by JungKook and you start singing along you haven’t listened to it in a while but you knew the lyrics from heart then another song plays.
Spring day by BTS you started to cry very hard.
Even though you were crying uncontrollably you decided to keep unboxing you wipe your tear and then you see your BTS merch the same exact merch you begged your parents to buy you for the same merch you desperately wanted to buy so you worked 2 jobs to buy it. Your try it on it still fits you laugh then you see your notebook the one you wrote your feelings down in and you wrote how much they meant to you you picked it up but it fell and you caught it by the last page you start reading and it says.

i don’t think i’ve ever made a decision that’s affected my life more than deciding to learn more about bts. i haven’t been an army for long-only for around a year and a half now, but this past year and a half have been the best years of my entire life. i remember hearing dna for the first time when it first came out, but i was never necessarily a fan of them, nor did i like the song at first, but a while later, i had listened to it again and i thought it was the best song that i had ever heard plus genuinely *good* lyrics. it had completely changed my life, and i needed to know more about these boys that i was so amazed by. and so, there i was, young and completely ready to dive into another fandom, but i had z e r o clue how deep the hole i was diving into was. it was insane, but i wouldn’t give it for the world. being vietnamese, i never disliked my race and ethnicity, but i instead felt distant from my other friends who were blonde haired, caucasian people. i couldn’t talk about all of these ethnic topics that i would talk to someone of my own race, and it astounds me to this day why i didn’t become interested in bangtan and korean music before. i felt so accepted into this fandom when i first joined. of course, i went through that fangirl stage that everyone goes through,,,,,the one where you scream around about how much you love them despite barely knowing anything about them, but then i learned more about them, read more about their lyrics and et cetera, and i grew to appreciate them more than i ever could’ve imagined. my eyes were completely opened to an entirely different world of music that didn’t all compose of sex and drugs and stripping, and it was a really refreshing experience to first fall into the trench that is k-pop. i had never expected to learn things that would affect me in areas such as self-love, but that’s exactly what the era that i became an army helped me with. i never hated myself, but i never would’ve said i loved myself, but now, a year and a half later, i owe all of the self-love that i have to bts and their love yourself era. it really shocks me that people still degrade them, whether it be in racist manners or homophobic manners. bangtan is such an amazing group, and they deserve more than what they even have now. they’re talented, and never mind talented-they’re the most caring and genuine and kind souls on this planet. in a world where we’re all so influenced by the effects of negativity, there’s a whole other realm that you can immerse yourself in where you can forget everything that’s going on and just be in a family, millions and millions strong, and listen to the lights of our lives sing and rap and watch them dance. they’re such a paradise, and i couldn’t name all of the times that i’ve smiled and laughed and even cried because of them after a hard and long day at school. they’ve impacted my life in tremendous ways, and i guarantee that they’re going to continue to influence me to do better and to continuing pushing through and persevering. i realize that when k-pop stans say, “stan k-pop for better health,” “stan k-pop for self-love,” “stan k-pop to be not racist,” we’re mostly poking fun and trashing at anti-s who hate on our groups, but there’s so much more to that than just joking and retaliating at those haters. it’s true. everything (most things at least) we say is true; maybe if you finally open your mind and stopped being close-minded, then you would finally feel happier in life and accept yourself. i know to an outsider that that sounds really strange and over the top, but it’s accurate, and all you really have to do is find the right song that fits your style (because k-pop has many different types of styles incorporated inside of it), and there, you’re set on improving your mindset and literally just life in general.
i realize that we’re such a hated fandom, and trust me, to all those anti-s who might read this one day, we dislike koreaboos, solo stans, and people who push k-pop onto you just as much as you do. we don’t accept them into our fandom, and we don’t associate ourselves with them. it’s all of the members or none at all, and i just wish you anti-s would just please, please, please just see yourself out. we know you don’t like us, and we know you don’t like our fandom, and that’s okay. it is forever okay to have an opinion, and i, on behalf of millions and millions of others apologize for what self-proclaimed “army” (and et cetera) have forced upon you. i realize this is a 2!3! music video, and no haters are probably even on this, but still,,,,,just like your music, ignore us and whatever those toxic fans say, and we’ll ignore you guys, and fan wars wouldn’t exist. this goes for fandoms of k-pop groups, too. just shut the fuck up, we love our groups, and you love your groups, and some of us love all of the groups we’re talking about. i can be an exo-l and an army at the same time, and i can also be a stay, carat, blink, once, and etc at the same time, too. your group is not better than my group, and my group is not better than your group. we are all equal in this world, and it’s a game of playing your cards right and working hard.
but anyways, i haven’t supported bts for long, but i feel so connected with this family called army, and i know that we’re going to live strong and never be forgotten. we’re all going to look back on these times when we’re all grandmas and grandpas and grandparents, and we’re all going to remember a time that we “stanned” bts, and we’re going to have all of those feelings and emotions we experienced so long ago come rushing back to us. can’t wait, and i love you army 💞

I was disappointed in myself because I lost to a contest that I was worked hard on. When I discovered this song, the lyrics evoked so much on how I felt: It's important to erase negative experiences and move on to the future. There are many more songs that helped me through life, and that is why I chose to be an ARMY.
I needed this. I just listened to Born Singer for the first time and it had me in floods of tears thinking about the day BTS eventually disband. Then for this the be the next song I listen to, it just made me so happy. I know that even after they disband, i can still come back to this song "It's alright, now count 1, 2, 3 and forget, erase all sad memories, hold each others hands and smile" 💜💜💜
