    LET'S GO TO THE MOON EVERYBODY!!! Weeeeeee! ❤️❤️❤️
    I am in the crunchiest of crunch times, but I made sure to get the video done early so as to not miss a week! 💪 It's another entry in the solar system series! The moon is a lot like mercury, but because it's relatively smaller the craters show up relatively larger on the simulation world, so its still unique in its own way!
    I hope everybody enjoys this one, as always, thank you so much for watching, liking, and subscribing!!! ❤️

    the empire of tumbarike stayed consistent for like 1400 years and before that there was a unified kingdom there since like year 2500 until the end, very impressive

      And somehow they never conquered that little nation in its center. Those people were fiercely independent, clearly 💪

    the state that would later be known as the Empire of Tumbarike is one of the states that have survived for a more or less unbroken period of time since her founding, and an astonishingly stable superpower, which her people reap the benefits of
    I also wonder what kind of relationship they have with the state they 'engulfed' (Faizel I'm tempted to say), that prevented them from being at odds with one another...

    Very interesting to see the rapid technological revolution after sudden rise of Faridanu.

    I'd be curious how much this simulation relied on various other geo dependencies on the moon, to have eart-like pre-existing conditions for life and civilization (other than water and oxgene, was there consideration for fertil top soil, and mineral/ore deposits?)

      Not that complicated I'm afraid. I just got a heightmap from real life data released by NASA, and ran some erosion algorithms on it and a simple climate generator. Having something more complex would be a dream but not my focus atm, there's sooooo much you can try and simulate when it comes to worlds and maps 😂

    Do the dark spots at the start represent areas that are below the sea level?

    • @FWHSimulator
      @FWHSimulator  20 дней назад +2

      Yes! I use dark shading to indicate lower lying areas on the map. Most maps it isn't as noticeable, but the Moon has those really deep craters way below sea level there!

      I've been programming this simulator in the Python programming language for almost five years now. My simulator exports still images, which I edit together with video editing software to make these videos. Hope that explains it! 👍
