!! SET VIDEO QUALITY TO 4K FOR BEST ENCODER !!
Removing depth of field and motion blur in the High Moon Transformers games increases visual clarity and vibrancy, and improves framerate. There is nothing else changed in the video, this is genuinely how big of a difference it makes. I believe they left it on to mask the lower resolutions on the console versions, and forgot to turn it off on PC.
