Just attended one of their concerts Sunday here in Mississippi at Bancorp Center and they are still lit!!! They had the whole building on their feet. I know that there are only three original members in the group but I have to say to see them in person was so awsome🤩🤩🤩! They really know how to entertain. 🥰🥰🥰

Yes, like conservative Republicans use buzzwords like, "politically correct", "woke", people made disco and disco music seems like a sin, when actually at that period of time, discotheques were old and well established in Europe, but a new phenomenon here in the States, disco music starting in 1975, saved the music industry.
This is not a disco song and Earth Wind and Fire was not a disco band. People who thought that they were was because they had a basic dislike for Black music, especially bands as big and popular as Earth Wind and Fire.
I'm only speaking from my background in the music industry, where Black musicians were almost restricted from crossover appeal by record producers and disc jockeys, but some songs were so big, nothing could hold them back.

The energy they bring is flawless.
If i had to describe this masterpiece of a song in one word it would have to be "Timeless" everytime i hear this i completely "loose myself" no pun intended it's truly magical how easy it is to give into this song within literal seconds it has the obvious classic charm but still is worth listeing to all of those precious 5 minutes and 40 seconds.
