This is so beautiful!
It started with him being his villain-self who thought he could be happy if he tricked and betrayed everyone to be king and to be higher than everybody else. Because he thought, this way, he could prove himself. But he only lost everyone and ended up anlone.
Then he got a second chance. He found friends, he cared for them and they for him. He stopped putting himself at the top spot of his prioritiy-list. And then he gave all to protect them and what he truly believed in.
You showed all of this so perfectly with all these quotes and parallels and everything. Great job!
Just one tiny thing: When the song reaches its climax at a little after 3 minutes, it's hard to understand the voices. Buuut that's really just a small detail!
