Nakakahanga ang forgiveness ng puso nia to Ms. Coney, hindi madali iyon kung tao pang ang kumilos but the works of the Lord is very evident, and i am sure along the way, Coney Reyes has been pervently praying for that moment of forgiveness to happen for them. This happened to us but the other woman lived with us at that time, I was very young but I knew something wasn't right. It was my mother's younger sister. My mother didn't know that I knew because I was just 3 or 4 then. Growing up I kept declaring that I forgive my aunt because forgiveness is by faith I cannot just forgive her just because I want to and because she never asked for forgiveness to my mother when they were caught in the act. All these years I kept on forgiving her. And all these years she went through hell, her husband went in and out of jail for 4 times and in almost 2 decades. But this year, when I saw her in a clan/family reunion, I said I need to act about it, because the Bible says faith without action is dead. So while we were praying before leaving the place, inakbayan ko sya while I was praying a different prayer for her, I said "Father God, I forgive and release my auntie from the curse of what she's done to us." It was a turn around to us at that point. It's all because of God's grace and mercy, all because of His love.
it is a matter of time but i am sure God works in mysterious ways, kung yung dating hate mo o kaaway mo ay naginv instrument para makilala mo ang Diyos. Amazing!

I don't know the whole story and i don't know if coney reyes asked for forgiveness but damn, giving flowers and telling that person you forgave her is really something. It shows na ang tapang mo as a person. Specially that person na nagsira ng family mo.
Just a person became religious doesn’t mean she change for good. Deep inside the person who did you wrong knew she did you wrong . But on one interview she says if God gives her a new man in her life, she would, as long as it is from God.

Forgiving is hard and needs strength that comes from God. The best thing you can do for yourself, not for the one you forgave. It means freeing yourself from hate, from grudges etc., that may cause so much stress and even sickness at times.. coming out of the prison cell of hatred, releasing those tensions physiologically is a rewarding thing, giving yourself a favor. 😊
I remember long time ago watching Eat Bulaga, it was Vic's birthday and Dina was their surprised guest, that moment I feel pity of Dina because although they are the real couple (husband and wife) but Vic seemed not focus on her and the one on his side was Coney Reyes, while Dina is quite far from Vic's place where he was standing. That time too the rumors between her and Vic already spread out in showbiz.
