I was introduced to Aldi store when I lived in Germany for almost 7 years. Absolutely love my Aldi. Fortunately when we moved back to the states, and are waiting for our house to be built, we will have an Aldi’s in our neck of the woods. I am so happy!

Dear Kevin. Unfortunately, here in Denmark all Aldi supermarkets closed last year. Close to 200 in total, I think. I do miss Aldi as they have a lot of good quality items despite their somewhat lukewarm reputation (at least here in DK). Looks like a lovely cocktail party. Fun hack I've been using for years ..... instead of lenon juice to keep the apples from turning, I use lemon-lime soda such as Sprite or 7-Up. Same ascorbic acid, but it doesn't give it the sour notes when you bite into the apple.

I shop at Aldi’s too-- they have a terrific selection of breads, cheeses, and nuts. Their red pepper hummus is the best. They also carry quite a few gluten-free cracker and potato chip options which come in handy for my gluten-free friends. Luv your shows!

We entertain a lot, so this is a timely video for me to see. Thank you for the lovely appetizer ideas. Right now, we spilt our time between Wisconsin and New Mexico; we have several Aldi's in WI, but I don't have access to an Aldi in Santa Fe, however, the local Trader Joe's is helpful to my entertaining endeavors. I've been dependent upon Aldi's for several years now for my board prep for each of our little parties while in Wisconsin.
Wonderful rainy day cocktail party. We have an Aldi's in my town, and it is a great place to shop especially if you're planning to have a cocktail party. They seem to have almost everything you might want, and for a much lower cost. The quality is good also. I have never made a charcuterie board. You make it look easy. I'm thinking about hosting a baby shower for my grand niece, not until sometime this winter, but this menu would also work for I think. Not sure how I would make a Cosmo mocktail for the mom to be. I'll have to work on that. Fun to see Avery campaigning for some of the charcuterie board items. She has such good manners. My dog George would have inhaled the meat and cheese if I were to turn my back for a moment. He was a big black lab. So was in his DNA to do so. Anyway, thank you for the video. I enjoy spiralising raw organic zucchini into noodles and adding raw blended mango avocado sauce to it with a bit of rosemary. Very tasty and easy on digestion! Sometimes will add pine nuts.

I love Aldi. Shopping there reminds me of when I lived in Europe where it’s customary to bag your own groceries. In fact, I’m traveling for two weeks in Europe right now and went to an Aldi in Budapest to check it out. They had a fabulous in-store bakery, which my American Aldi doesn’t have.

Kevin-great ideas. I’m going to make the baked items for dinner. Try draining the chopped spinach right in the bag instead of a towel. Just squeeze and squeeze and pour out the spinach water. It works!

The zucchini pizzas look amazing! I teach kindergarten and my students learn that z is for zucchini… my favorite vegetable! 😂 My husband and I do taste tests where we try similar products, like hard ciders and cheeses, and rank them. I keep a note on my phone of the different cheeses, etc. we’ve tried over the years, and how we rated them/comments. One of our favorite Goudas is an aged one we’ve bought at Aldi: Emporium selection 1,000 day aged Gouda. We like it better than much more expensive cheeses, like Beemster. I enjoy spiralising raw organic zucchini into noodles and adding raw blended mango avocado sauce to it with a bit of rosemary. Very tasty and easy on digestion! Sometimes will add pine nuts.

I can't believe I've never tried a Cosmopolitan. The combination of ingredients sound wonderful - very fruity, like Planter's Punch maybe. I think some of your pesto spread on the pinwheels would be divine!
I love Aldi. Shopping there reminds me of when I lived in Europe where it’s customary to bag your own groceries. In fact, I’m traveling for two weeks in Europe right now and went to an Aldi in Budapest to check it out. They had a fabulous in-store bakery, which my American Aldi doesn’t have.

Just had a party yesterday, it poured and poured, had to move the party inside. Gathering of 14 people. Move furniture around and everyone found their nitch. I never did a board and you made it look so easy

Kevin-great ideas. I’m going to make the baked items for dinner. Try draining the chopped spinach right in the bag instead of a towel. Just squeeze and squeeze and pour out the spinach water. It works!

The zucchini pizzas look amazing! I teach kindergarten and my students learn that z is for zucchini… my favorite vegetable! 😂
My husband and I do taste tests where we try similar products, like hard ciders and cheeses, and rank them. I keep a note on my phone of the different cheeses, etc. we’ve tried over the years, and how we rated them/comments. One of our favorite Goudas is an aged one we’ve bought at Aldi: Emporium selection 1,000 day aged Gouda. We like it better than much more expensive cheeses, like Beemster.
