Dear Postboy (2024) | Short Romance Film (4K)

A silent Wes Anderson inspired short film about a quiet boy who's job is to deliver love letters, until one day he receives a letter of his own...
I had a blast shooting this back in October, I was walking home from school when I realized the street was a perfect 80s style location so I had to write something up, plus my buddy Ridge went as Ryan Gosling's character 'Holland March' from Nice Guys for halloween (same outfit in the short) and that also inspired me. The pre-production went by very fast, auditions went through quick as I knew who my cast would be the moment I saw them.
A big thank you to everyone who helped me on this short and bring my vision to life. Everyone hopping on the project with such enthusiasm and precision really brought it all together!

The Quality and Production is really good. The acting is more or less convincing. But the story is kinda basic and cliché. A more unpredictable ending for example would be really refreshing
