Ive started floor 1 with 3 pretty flies thanks to a pill and halo... And not even had one fly in rotation by mom before (bandage+cube+sac dag). Over the course of a run with pretty fly pills in rotation usually the halo doesn't provide any flies by the end. Since halo+pretty fly+cube of meat+pretty fly means halo provides 0 because BOTH the provided flies get rendered useless. This means instead you have to evaluate it based on what it provides UNTIL then. Its really common for at least one fly to get wasted. Sometimes way more depending on how things work out.
