The TV detail in the cabin is even better when you realize that the tiger’s footage it’s showing is what the camera truck filmed in the small jungle set from this summer wave. Such a lovely node between sets.
The sign says 2 bucks for a drink and hot dog, and that is the same price at an actual Costco! The 1 dollar hot dog is admirable, given what sport stadiums charge.
As an owner of the original yellow truck, this is definitely a much better and detailed version, not sure about the $100 price tag though but i guess its the large printed pieces.
Just a day or 2 ago, I purchased from Costco for $25 cheaper than the LEGO Store price, and they had plenty in stock(I would guess somewhere around 30 to 50 set boxes). Quite frankly I think Costco is making LEGO look bad for selling it at such a discount(buying a new release for 25% cheaper than the official LEGO store retail price is pretty significant).
We are so looking forward to when ours is delivered later this week!! It’s going right in to our MOC LEGO City!! After we build and review it. Thanks ashnflash!
Have previous LEGO delivery truck so had planned to skip it at $100. Saw it at Costco for $75 and broke down and bought it. After finding out all the trailer decorations are prints, I’m glad I picked up the set.
As to the Yellow Delivery Truck itself, I have 3 nitpicks. First, the trailer is too long. If it was shortened by 1 or 2 studs, then it would look real life just right. 2nd, the height in the door way of the truck cab is too tall. Add some same color 2 studs x 1 stud pieces, and then it won't look so awkward. Last, the front bumper and sides below the wheel well line, have too many black colored pieces. This Cab Truck is based on a real Cab Truck, but there is more yellow in those mentioned black areas of the Truck(I intend to mod some black areas with more same color yellow pieces).
This looks great but I’m a bit disappointed as it’s only 6-studs wide and the front and 8-studs wide from the cab extension back, it should be 8 in the front and 10 going back. The only time LEGO’s made a proper scaled semi and trailer was the Ferrari F1 Speed Champions set years ago and it was 10-studs wide.
the hot dog sign for 2 worries me . its the same colors as Costco and this is sold in Costco. is this Lego predicting that Costco will raise the hotdog and soda to 2 from 1.50
i think other than to look modern / futuristic, the blue lights is to indicate that the car is electric in some way (the double decker tour bus have a battery pack in the rear section too)
This is great I’ll definitely be buying this to display in my LEGO Atlanta and Miami diorama builds also as a Costco employee I’ll definitely be buying this before my time is up there because I’m quitting that job to go back to school to learn to weld and become a commercial diver to maybe one day go work on an offshore oil rig this will be a nice way to remember my time working there
I had the original Lego Delivery Truck set growing up. Seeing it remade hits all kinds of nostalgia for me. What has changed from Lego's modern building techniques, and what has stayed the same. Oh how far we've come.
When the world needed a Lego Delivery Truck the most, it returned
Yup

City has really demonstrated its ability to nail vehicle based sets the past few years and this might be the peak of them.
The forklift play feature is adorable! 😊

Definitely want to get this LEGO truck and put it next to the LEGO Store set to deliver the products.
GREAT ASHNFLASH LEGO YELLOW DELIVERY 🚚 TRUCK 🚚 REVIEW

I kinda wish that one of the sets was an unreleased winter set. Just a little tease of what’s to come :)
4:47 YES! The red crate piece is finally back. It only came out once back in 2002 in the one Coca-Cola world cup poly bag. Finally.
That forklift is almost exactly like one from several other sets including a superman one from some years back
I can not resist.🤩
I must have the Lego Delivery Truck! 🤑
I’m pretty partial to marvel, DC & Star Wars (solely to respect my wallet) but this may be one of the few other sets that I gotta pull the trig on
We are so looking forward to when ours is delivered later this week!! It’s going right in to our MOC LEGO City!! After we build and review it. Thanks ashnflash!

I’m gonna GET that 60440 truck for christmas
I really wish one of the little printed sets was this set
I’m happy this set came out cause now when I go on bricklink I can get those printed pieces and make a Lego store
I need to rebuild old lego truck one day

1:02 That's what she said.
Good set, but my interest doubled when you said it's sort of a Costco set....I love Costco so much....
Ngl, that set rocks
My bf works at Lego and often works truck shift. He wants to know when they're getting hotdogs 😂
Only when he delivers to Costcos 😂😂
I need to buy this!
The only problem is that it won't fit my tiny town 😢
I need to buy a house to have thissss!!!
the hot dog sign for 2 worries me . its the same colors as Costco and this is sold in Costco. is this Lego predicting that Costco will raise the hotdog and soda to 2 from 1.50
14 years later my bad
From 2010 to 2024
13 years later
I HEARD SIMPLE AND CLEAN
It's Awesome!
Hi
New sausage color
Bro was about to say karen reviewing the customer😭 11:11 11:11
Looks good but definitely not worth $100
The red cord on the cab, connects to the grey jumper on the trailer. It is simulating the air brake connection.
Definitely one of my favorite city sets in a long time! It’s an even better deal if you get it on sale from Costco for $75.
thanks so much that is 5 weeks worth of allowance money saved
I want it NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously, this is the best Lego Delivery Truck ever made. So well done and it's only $100
Take my money, TAKE MY MONEY, ROB ME BUT GIMME THAT
The forklift is my favorite build
i think other than to look modern / futuristic, the blue lights is to indicate that the car is electric in some way (the double decker tour bus have a battery pack in the rear section too)
I wish they can make the LEGO Toys R Us delivery truck again.
waiting lego Mario 9 day:2
The fact that this has like 18+ amount of pieces and still costs less than a 600+ piece starwars set is crazy
Awesome video ashnflash 😊
I’m going to the lego store on Friday June 14
A great set
Let’s go
This is great I’ll definitely be buying this to display in my LEGO Atlanta and Miami diorama builds also as a Costco employee I’ll definitely be buying this before my time is up there because I’m quitting that job to go back to school to learn to weld and become a commercial diver to maybe one day go work on an offshore oil rig this will be a nice way to remember my time working there
Thanks for the video
On the back of the box where the lego truck is they missed the opportunity to put the real one on the back I think that would of looked so cool
Too bad it’ll never be reduced
I got mine at Costco for 60 dollars
Awesome set, pricy, but awesome
Costco has it much cheaper than the LEGO site. You don’t get the points for it, but the discount is worth it.
the truck interior is kind of like the new jurassic world transport truck
Recently found your channel great content man🎉 keep em coming! Please do some more star wars :)
I found it at Costco at the end of May for $75! I was very excited!
Hey if you get the hauler and review can you put it next to this lego see if sizes are about the same
You don't unload a box truck from the side but it's nice will get it
I wish all Lego stickers were printed pieces
They are not skids they are pallets
Why does he add "ON" to every sentence? 😂
