Hi Adrienne, Yuan Tze is based in Wellington, New Zealand but there are many online learning programs on the Ren Xue website. He also does online retreats for international students, which are amazing. I'm just a beginner, but when you take these retreats you can link into the Qi field, which will teach you, directly heart to heart.
