We opened today and it was a FABULOUS day! We are in Texas and we could have opened last Friday, but weren’t quite ready. Really getting opened today was a stretch but worth it. So nice to get the last minute Mother’s Day sales. Good luck tomorrow, I hope you sell tons! 😀😀😀

My online boutique that I opened a month ago has just been up and down. I had a few sales in one day and then zero for the next week.Congrats on opening!!
Got to open up this weekend. It was slow - basically everyone that came got to privately shop. But everyone that came in, came to buy so sales were still decent. Plus gives time to spray, steam, wipe everything before the next guest. I'm sure you'll be pretty busy :)

I was about to open my brick and mortar right before the shutdown in my state of NC happened so in the meantime I have been doing renovations. We were told that we could open as well at half capacity. I think I will wait about 2 more weeks. That will give me time to get everything in order and make sure we get our sanitizer stations and masks/gloves for the clients. Thank you for everything Alli I keep looking at your videos for inspiration on store layout, POS Systems, and inventory you have helped me alot and gave me the final push to get my brick and mortar!!!

We are doing good in Pakistan with Garment Business, the factory was closed for long, but with less staff, we can operate. Ladies did not visit us as they use to, due to covid19 restrictions. Parties and events are still on hold, we have salon as well and people with special needs like Hair extensions are visiting us. Hope this New Year and vaccines will help us.

We had two days' notice to open here in Jacksonville. I was in the middle of setting up my second location which I had to redirect the redirect and run new merch to the old site to make it look new for clients that haven't seen the place for six weeks while opening the new place a week early. We picked up the second location for cheap due to the pandemic and took the risk.

For example when you’re purchasing inventory for summer, when do you start looking? How long do you have to wait for your shipments, weeks, months? Just an idea: I live in New Orleans which is still a hot spot...some stores here provide plastic gloves at the door when you enter & trash cans & hand sanitizers. But I guess it would feel strange to shop clothing without touching the fabric🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
